I like him too, but he's hard to use. Massive damage. hard to use?!? Once you master him, he is the master of dishing out MASSIVE damage! One super move did one whole bar!!!!! (The counter super move) Correction: One whole bar and 20% of the second. RRoughly 220 damage if I remember correctly. Well yes, he's not that hard to master if you have a gamepad and and a lot of patience. Some of the followups have rediculous timings too. I can rarely input the two followups to the Tiger Charge super.

You won't find an emulator that would play commercial games more that 4fps. Don't bother. No home-user PC is fast enough to emulate a PS2 at full speed (to be blunt, that would need a super computer.)

SSV didn't have Bust & Slash, SSIV did. Those modes got combined in SSV.
