  1. I don't think this late grinding session is as bad in IX as it is in VIII.
  2. almost the story of my life, except that I can keep myself interested for more than 30 minutes. Being a JRPG nut sorta does that. Then again, I'm far from being a "twitch" gamer so I generally suck at games that require memorization and good reflexes.
  3. A BIOS is a program that runs when a computer (or certain consoles) are booted up. A BIOS handles hardware checks and runs certain boot procedures, ensuring that the game will run as it's supposed to on the actual hardware. A computer and consoles that use a BIOS cannot function without one. Sega CD's BIOS files are a single file for each region, although there are some revisions. What you have is the disc image of the game (ISO), an information files that describes the data in the disc image (CUE) and the redbook audio tracks for that game (WAV), but not the BIOS file for any region. you need to find the Sega CD US BIOS file (provided that the Mortal Kombat game you have is the US version), and set Kega's Options so that it uses that BIOS file when booting a Sega CD game.
  4. First off, use Kega Fusion. Kega Lazarus is ancient and quite frankly, trash compared to Fusion. Lazarus was good back in 2003. Like MF29 was kind enough to mention, you need to specify what files Sega CD uses as BIOS files for US, PAL and J games in Kega's Options. Of course, each region requires a BIOS file for that region.
  5. The first entry in the Conversion menu should be a general one. Try that.
  6. PMs are disabled for every member that has less than 3 posts. This is to weed out certain spambots.
  7. I know, I completly forgot how big the pics would end up being! I'll resize them and edit it later! no need to resize, just post direct links. Direct links? No no, I want to view girls in this thread, not on some other page. Although JappyDolls probably don't like us hotlinking to their stuff. :/ Direct links would make this thread very boring. you could just upload those to some free service like ImageFap though. ImageFap's servers are prone to slowdowns. :/ I wonder why. [/rhetoric]
  8. Don't burn them to a DVD. The Dreamcast DOES NOT read DVD discs. It reads it's own GD-ROM format (which isn't a DVD format) and regualar CD-Rs. You burn them just like you would burn any other disc. Just remember to burn at a slow speed, and make them slefboot unless you want to use the boot disc everytime you want to play a non-selfboot game. Why they wouldn't burn while you tested burning, is beyond me.
  9. Hooray for Bambi. Although please think of the 56kers and people with a desktop resolution lower than 1600x1200.
  10. The anything part kinda disturbs me.
  11. She was, but she was erroneously preparing a sammich, which invoked the wrath of the half-asleep, Girl Scout Cookie-loving Neanderthal.
  12. This game looks like a million bucks, though this statement is coming from a PS2 guy that has never touched a PS3 or a X360 nor seen either plugged into a TV and running a game. Looks like the difficulty level is still way up there.
  13. Not in DSEmu, and I don't think any other NDS emulator has perfect link features. No$Gba might come close, though.
  14. http://insomnia.ac/commentary/pc_game_piracy/ This is a somewhat old and a VERY LONG article that touches such things as comments from various industry figures, sales in Europe vs US, "unbiased reports" from the subject, digital distribution, and PC hardware. I'd say that it's very much worth the read in its entirety.
  15. He has back problems and a raging hard on. 50/50
  16. Correction, it accepts CDI, MDS, NRG, and GDI images. An easier method would be to convert the IMG to NRG using ISOpen, or some other converter program.
  17. No gravedigging, please. Even if it is about Popful Mail.
  18. Super Robot Wars Alpha Gaiden. I have to confess that I've never played any SRW game prior to this one. This one is pretty good.
  19. You played it, didn't you? Rogue Galaxy. Level-5 are geniuses.
  20. I've never had much faith in ASPI under Windows XP, but that's just me :/
  21. The warning system is an indicator of your pasts sins. It doesn't means that you are a douche member or that it would eventually lead you to ban land. No one just remembered to lower the level that's all. I can remove it if the percentage haunts you that much.
