The default CD-ROM plugin works via ASPI, and Windows 2000/XP do not support ASPI out of the box. Only Windows 95/98 had proper ASPI support. Use the xxx plugin which is tailored for Windows 2000/XP. or you can take your chances and install an ASPI driver for Windows 2000/XP. Finally, if I may say so, you shouldn't be using Chankast in the first place. All the other emulators have long since gone past it. Use nullDC or Demul, for example.

From what I've heard, so games like Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker are quite playable (I don't think from start to finish; there are lots of bugs that raise their ugly heads at the most inappropriate times) in the latest SVN builds. Only dual core machines apply.

Dolphin, but you need a very fast system for it. Even so, Dolphin is highly experimental and a far cry from perfect.

This game is pretty good. Just shows that doujin games that are good enough can make the cut and get into the arcades, and later to home consoles. Probably not in the west, but Japan always gets the best games anyway
