Seeds are users that have the entire file/package. There is no such thing as "the best BitTorrent client do download anime" since BitTorrent is universal and there aren't any special clients for anime only. I use ABC myself, AntiWinner uses Azureus...or use the the official client. There are many clients out there, just use the one you feel most comfortable with. Yes, the speed can go over your max speed, provided that there are a lot of seeders and downloaders connected.

WinACE is useless. You'll be much better off with WinRAR.

If you use BitTorrent to download anime, the speed is determined by the available seeds, not the max speed of your connection. OVA/OAV = Original Anime Video or something similar...OAVs are usually only distributed on DVDs, rather than showing them on TV.

Open the.r00 in WinRAR (with the open dialog) and start exacting from there. WinRAR will extract the following volumes automatically. NEVER try to rename extensions of compressed formats (unless you really know that it fixes things rather than breaks them).

The MAME Neo-Geo BIOS doesn't work in NeoRAGEx. Although similar in execution, different files. If you don't like the neogeo.zip in the roms directory, you can always extract the BIOS file to the same directory as the Neoragex.exe That's what I did...makes testing and BIOS swapping easier.

I've never payed much attention to benchmarking tests but if slower systems get almost three times wht you got, there's definitely something wrong with the configuration.

My point was...If you just got a new computer, be happy with what you got. Asking for other's opinions about hardware just makes you want to change everything afterwards.

Aye, although I do like all John Woo films. Face/Off is the only Hollywood John Woo movie I like. The rest are so watered down...I want 30 minute gun fights like in Hard Boiled!
