I unzipped it and opened the rom in notepad, I'm gonna assume that won't help, lol. go inside of the zipped folder, right click on a rom file and click on properties and there it is Most compression programs let you see the CRCs for all the files inside an arcive if you just enable that column in the preferences.

HQ4x is far better, but the CPU strain is immense. Emulating a GBA need much more computer power than emulating a SNES; even if it is just a handheld system. All the HQxx code is the same in all emulators (MaxSt' code to be exact), the implementation is the only thing that is different between emulators.

The reason why is because the DVD-ROM laser is much thinner than a normal one and the architechture of DVD is different from CDs. A normal CD has microscopic data tracks and the laser read/write from/to those tracks. A DVD has these tracks much closer together; that's why a thinner laser is used.

A normal CD-ROM drive cannot read DVDs.

Not under pressure by the site's administration, but because they want to. And yes, all this 'bandwidth cost money' has been brought up a million times.
