  1. If you want online play, I think you should be looking at Mupen64Plus. Then again, I know most people use Project64K, but you'll be tearing your hair out trying to get it to work. It involves luck and renaming plugins. Project64K probably desyncs to hell and back more than you'd like - or so I've heard Project64K is a fan made "hack" based on Project64 1.4, so don't expect stunning compatibility either.
  2. Spent 5 hours on Burnout: Revenge today. Such a sweet game. Also: Fate/Unlimited Codes
  3. Please don't eat my mother. I don't think she'd approve.
  4. Use ffdshow. http://www.free-codecs.com/download/FFDShow.htm
  5. Yes. Emulator authors don't pack all those files into their releases for nothing, you know.
  6. Either the game image you have is not selfboot or then it's corrupted. Then again, Chankas't disc emulation is a far cry from reliable. You'll probably be happier using nullDC, but I'm not stopping you from trying to get Chankast to boot games.
  7. AFAIK, you need to do that manually, just like with the actual Dreamcast.
  8. Click on the big green button on the page, and on the next page click the link that has a green arrow next to it.
  9. Exactly the same deal here. I don't really have the same attention span as before, so it's difficult for me to just stick with one game before playing another. A curse and a blessing in the same package, I guess.
  10. I find it hard to believe that one would need 1.5GB of RAM just to run Vista and a fairly simple emulator in it. Not to mention that I've never seen an application crash just because a system supposedly doesn't have enough RAM. If you ask me, this is another one of those Windows' Weird Incompatibilities™ is raising its ugly head (i.e. some arbitrary hardware/software/driver incompatibility). The crash could be caused by a number of things, but I don't think the lack of RAM has anything to do with it.
  11. I usually try to aim for 100% on my first playthrough. Due to this (and the fact that I have so many other games I need to play), playing through a game can take a really long time for me. Also, some games are purposely designed in a way that it's impossible to get everything on the first go (or then you need to use some extremely meticulous strategy in order to achieve that (i.e. Persona 3/4, Final Fantasy X-2, etc.) I'm not one of those people who complete a game in a few weeks by devoting most of their time to that one game. I don't have that much time as a whole, and thanks to the way our TV is set up, I can't play all the time even if I wanted to.
  12. From what I've heard and read on the Internet, the latest nullDcC version has some workarounds to counter the problems caused by the lack of features in Intel's chips. However, the way I understand it is that only some games benefit from these workarounds. Apparently/Supposedly, Sonic Adventure is one of them. No, I don't know exactly which games besides SA work better.
  13. Do you use Aero? I don't know, maybe CPS3Emulator just doesn't like Vista. Then again, it's not like that emulator is your only option.
  14. War is awesome because it has both Jason Statham and Jet Li. Jet Li puts the martial arts in the backburner and uses guns most of the time. Lovely.
  15. What's your honest opinion about this game? I've been eyeballing this game for some time now, but I can't make up my mind whether to get it or not. AFAIK, isn't PSU one of those games that 's more about online play rather than single player?
  16. Death Race and War. Both were very entertaining.
  17. Do you plan on achieving 100% in Jiminy's Journal? It's really flocking tedious, actually... and I'd have to beat Sephiroth. Perhaps on my next playthrough.
  18. Kingdom Hearts II. In the process of maxing out all Drive Forms and Summon + Beating all Coliseum battles. After that, I think it's time to finish this game for good.
  19. Then there's is something wrong with your browser, because I can clearly see the images that make up F, D, DF + P.
  20. http://www.freewebarcade.com/game/achievement-unlocked/ Enjoy. Got 87% myself.
  21. Yeah, figures. Sorry, but until you get an actual video card (doesn't even have to be high-end), Dreamcast emulation is pretty much a no-go for you.
  22. Ok. 1) Like it was said earlier, you can't "convert" games from one system to another without reprogramming (read: coding from scratch and porting) the game. 2) Again, like it was said earlier, the SNES doesn't support the WonderSwan in any form.
  23. I'm going on a limb here are take a wild guess. You have an integrated graphics chip, most likely by Intel. If this is the case, you can stop trying to get any Dreamcast emulator working properly. If I'm wrong, update your graphics card's drivers. Even if you have an Intel chip, do it anyway. To check yourself, there's two things you can do: 1) Download GPU-Z. It will tell you all you need to know about your graphics hardware. Google it. 2) Click Start --> Run. Type dxdiag and press Enter. Check the Display tab in the program that runs (DirectX Diagnostics Tool)
  24. What kind of graphics hardware do you have? P.S. Please fix those image links. I'm not doing it for you.
