Dean was refreshing in the beginning but he was just angry rhetoric. He had some good ideas, but didn't have the experience to do it (like George W. Bush). And he had no chance in hell to be elected president. Maybe next time, but not now. We're at war right now so the country wants (needs) a president that can understand and deal with war. Nice job Xeon, you actually pointed something out that I've never bothered to test (the Pause/Break). oh c'mon man, you know i cant use the select button in arcade mode. no Mai and Shermie pantyposes for me without it I use the Shots Factory for that, but you are right....Pause/Break gives more control.

To enter the Neo-Geo Test menu, press F1 during gameplay and coose "Soft DIP Settings" this allows you to fiddle with the difficulty and other settings. Press C to go back and then exit. Simple. Leaving the Test Menu resets the game.

Why on earth would you want to play PAL games on your NTSC system? That does not make any sense...It your post would be vice versa, that I could understand. I know PAL is a 50Hz curse, since I live in Yurp.
