I know that scanlines "spoil" the image, but you can get rid of it by deinterlacing the screenshot later with PSP or some other graphics tool that can deinterlace pictures. Please, just try it will you?

Your ROM seems to be very glitched indeed....The only problem I had was the missing sounds/speech, but a new M1 fixed that. And I didn't have any HERO's or whatever stuck on my KOF2003. One more problem is the SELECT button not working, but that's NRX's fault. And yes, the Console Mode Menu is supposed to look that simple.

OK, so I wasn't imagining things then. I don't know how to correct the problem but hopefully someone will find a way. Actually, I'm not having truobles doing moves in KOF2003 under NeoRAGEx... Sure, some moves are always been harder to pull off from the left side than on the right side (hbc x2 moves especially), but they have never been impossible...

Those pictures reminded me of Freeman's Creeping Death...Man, that move has some sheer madness in it....and the fact that if you try to hit Freeman out of it, he nails your ass. Indeed Terry's Buster Wolf is looks gorgeous in Garou and it sounds right too...It has lost it's edge in other games. (SNK Vs. Capcom Chaos especially, since "Are You Okay? and "Buster Wolf!" are too damn close to eachother. It sounds like Areyouokaybusterwolf! )

Yes there is, but for Kawaks Dev. and NeoRAGEx. To play it in NRX, just download any Kof2003 (roughly 30 MB something) archive from Filemirrors.com and then hgead to NeoGamez and get the hacked NeoRAGEx + a P1, M1, and S1 pack. The M1 has quite a few missing sound/speech, so I suggest you also try to hunt down a new M1. If somebody has any direct links, please do post them. (I'm tired.) For Kawks Dev play, you'll need the kawaks Dev (naturally) and a proper DAT.
