EX2 needs quite a lot of computer power to run moothly. Besides, it uses slightly different hardware than EX. (EX = ZN-1, EX2 = ZN-2)

I don't even think there's a full package of the Kawaks rom out there yet. correct? a few stat questions. my assumption is that the size of it would be about 40 mb. on filemirrors I saw a few that were upwards of 50. what goes on there? Compression ratio varies? Hell, I wouldn't know. The set is encrypted when it's close to or over 80MB.

How is it possible that you're missing the V roms? Besides, I don't know any sites that have just the V roms, just whole romsets.

There's a MAME cheat file on Haggar's page at http://haggar.emuunlim.com, but I don't know how up-to-date it is. Martial Champions should work in MagicEngine (PC-Engine emulator). This webpage lists some PC-Engine CD games.

He probably means that once you've extracted those numbered files from the archive, open the first numbered file in WinRAR and see what it contains.

There should be Winterblaster's controller plugin included. Just configure your controls from there. There should be a separate menu for it or something.
