0.6b was the last official release. All NeoRAGEx releases after that are mostly gamelist hacks (excluding EGCG NeoRAGEx). As for the emulator, I gave you a link already, AniManga networks. Those SVC fixes are most likely single-file excutable patches. Meaning, that each program patches one specific rom. Whether or not these patches work on your roms *might* rely heavily on the existing CRCs of your rom files. (This has been the case when I patched my SSV and MS5) ... Or not, as I haven't used those patches to patch my SVC.

ZiNc sole purpose is to emulate those games that werent emulated in The Impact Just kidding, ZiNc works wonders, but it's still slower than The Impact.

NeoRAGEx should play these games...But you need to rename all rom files to xxxxxx_xx.rom. NeoRAGEx plays only decrypted sets. Spiffy: Kawa-X is (if I'm not mistaken) a Kawaks emulator for the X-Box. But I think you already knew that.
