  1. For some reason, I always play better from the left side (P1) than from the right side. Suddenly I have to put extra effort in correctly inputting QCF and the works from the right side.
  2. Sure, Amukusa was kinda freaky. I've always like the fact that Sammy has the balls to develop completely original characters. Yes, I think Bridget is a great character, cross-dresser or not.
  3. I'm usually having trouble doing double half-circle motions in the heat of battle, but for single ones...I just do those, from one end to another...nothing hard about that. I've macroed double and triple button presses in neoRAGEx. I can only pull off A+B and B+D without any help... I've set up my buttons like this: Neo buttons - SW buttons A = A B = B C = X D = Y C+D = L A+B+C = R B+C+D = Z A+C = C
  4. NeoRAGEx H1 doesn't run all games perfectly. I use it only to play SVC, SSV and Metal Slug 5. NeoRAGEx 0.8c for everything else. 1) My SVC runs perfectly. Try http://www.geocities.com/svc_fixes/ 2) NeoRAGEx only run the prototype garou...I believe that spiffy made a thread that had fixes for Garou under NRX H1. Again, Garou works fine in NRX 0.8c. 3) Haven't got the slightest clue. Try them in v0.8c 4) No there isn't. It has been like that since day 1 and always will be. Oh almost forgot: Get 0.8c from http://www.animanga.it
  5. I'm more compfortable with subtitles, since every show here is subtitled. Btw, it's "sempai".
  6. 9800 Pro. but i saw in ATI's site that the ATI Radeon 9800XT and the ATI Radeon 9600XT will have the same FPS in games except that the 9600XT will have less "Special Effects" then the 9800XT will have.. It's your choice isn't it? I'm just throwing my 2 cents in.
  7. Microsoft Sidewinder is the best pad there is! It's a god-send for Neo-Geo emulators and SNES ones. The D-Pad is great.
  8. The japanese love their technology.
  9. It's a problem with the P1 rom...We've tried modifying the Kawaks drivers/dats already.
  10. Heads up, NeoMaster....I contacted CaitSith2 about some of the graphics packs and he still has Momotaru Densetsu Happy and Shounen Jump packs on his site... Probably the only working mirror out there: http://www.alpha-ii.com/caitsith2
  11. V roms have music/sound effects, but there is an M1 fix floating around somewhere that fixes the sound. Take it from me, I know.
  12. I heard something about a special MAME BIOS for unlocking secret stuff.
  13. There is nothing wrong with that link.
  14. There were three similar animes...The original Ninja Scroll and Ninja Resurrection... Before you say that I can't do math: Ninja Resurrection was in two parts, The Revenge of Jubei and Hell's Spawn. Both Ninja Scroll and Ninja Resurrection had a protagonist named Jubei (and looked very similar), but that wasn't the same Jubei.
  15. 1) Neo-Geo.com has a Master List that has all cart IDs listed. 2) Hypothetically, yes. 3) Most likely a hacked P1 rom that works in Kawaks/Nebula/NeoRAGEx/FBA. Kawaks might need a loader for that. 4) Usually, no. I wouldn't go experimenting with cross-over V roms. Each V rom is has data only for that particular game. 5) They are hacks and not released by SNK Playmore. As for CTHD2003, I'd suggest looking for P1 rom fixes for it or then a completely new romset.
  16. There isn't a Ninja Scroll 2. Ninja Resurrection was just a very similar anime, but not a sequel...and it had nothing to do with Ninja Scroll, the protagonist wasn't even the same.
  17. Haha! A 1emulation coup d'tat would be hilarious. I'll declare myself a dictator for life. Just having thoughts of grandia here...uhhh...yes...back to topic people. ummm....where have we left again? some monkey nipple talk or something? Monkey nipple?
  18. 1) Parent romsets usually mean clones of an existing game. 2) The M1 can be used as is (I think). The 0,20000, specifies the rom data to load. 20000 is the file size in hex. For the M1, this doesn't have to be changed, unless the M1 rom contains double data and has been later trimmed down. 3) All Neo-Geo roms have a 3-digit cart ID. For NAM-1975 which was the first Neo game released, has a cart ID of 001. 4) The reason why KOF2003 isn't emulated in Kawaks is because Kawaks uses the Asr.dat to specify what to load (namely the roms). The data architechture inside the P1 weird. MAME emulates KOF2003 because it's drivers go further in explaining what to load and where.
