  1. Well....Maybe I'm just not looking hard enough.
  2. I haven't stumbled across any arcade where I live for a long time... There was one exception of a Metal Slug cabinet in a small store once and then I've played Samurai Shodown in Mallorca once.... So, emulation is really the only way for me to enjoy these games....Sad, isn't it?
  3. It rarely stops for me....Do you get a timeout message or what?
  4. You can't a CRC of a file (the only way is to hack it)... You see, CRC are like a code of authentification. A good example would be that you download a Zip/Rar and cannot extract it because the CRCs of file(s) have changed after the compression. Namely, someone has fiddled with the archive afterwards and the archive has become corrupt. (I'm not sure of how CRCs are actually assigned etc, this is just my hypothesis.) You don't have a corrupt archive., it's just that you have a different P1 rom... I'll send you the 8Awhatever P1 rom, since we're just going back and forth here without actually getting anything done.
  5. Snes9x has the graphics decryption implemented, whereas ZSNES does not. However, a new ZSNES version will be released relatively soon.
  6. Is it really? Have you tried putting XP in Win95/98 compatibility mode?
  7. The Universe BIOS is a modified version of the original, made by Razoola of CPS2Shock. Goto www.bioshouse.fr.st
  8. Would you like that P2.bin via e-mail? That or ICQ.
  9. Translation is complete, excluding the intro and Yes/No dialog.
  10. You don't need a fix, you just have to use the EGCG NeoRAGEx H1.
  11. Try that first. I'm not familiar with the innerworkings of Kawaks, so I'm not sure... Maybe you don't have to rename anything, it's all up to the DATs.
  12. That's why I like NeoRAGEx... No hassling over wrong DATs/missing DATs/whatever or hacked, loader packed emu's... Sure, I may have to wait longer for a working rom, but it's worth it.
  13. Maybe putting in an URL that links the picture?
  14. Take out the line that defines the P2.bin file, but make a backup of the original DAT first. I'm not sure if this helps, but it's a start.
  15. The emulation of the Dreamcast and the PS2 are in very early stages, so that would be a definite NO. Guilty Gear Petit 2 however, has been released for the Bandai WonderSwan Color, and it's emulated. P.S. Dreamcast and PS2 games aren't roms, they're ISOs.
  16. Could you be more specific with your problem?
  17. Currently working only in MAME, but someone from Arcade@Home got it working in Kawaks.
  18. I don't know about anything else, but the sound issue... Is the sound corrupt anywhere else other than when fighting against Red Arremer?
  19. This is exactly what I'm talking about. The CRC column shows the CRC of each file in the archive. Now compare those numbers to the ones in the DAT file I posted. It would be even more helpful if you could post a screenshot of the archive. (The WinZip window and all.) All right. I know what the prob is...the numbers from the DAT file (mine is named asr) from the ssv_p1.rom don't correspond with the ones in the ssv_p1.rom file. So how do I change the ones in the CRCs? (the right numbers in the DAt file are 8A86C728). The emulators says it can't find those exact numbers. (the only diffrence is that the A isn't capital when the emulator shows it) Whether the letters are capitals or not shouldn't be a problem. Hmm... The CRCs should just match. So HOW do I make the ssv_p1.rom file number match with the one in the DAT file??? 1. Open up the DAT file with NotePad or some other text editor. 2. Open the SSV archive and look at the CRCs of the rom files 3. Change the DAT file so that the 8-digit numbers (CRC values) match the ones found in the CRC column in WinZip. I.e. The CRC for ssv_p1.rom is 8A86C728. So, open the DAT file and look at the CRC value of ssv_p1.rom there. If the numbers aren't the same, change it. Check every file. (P, S, M, Cs and Vs)

  21. Yeah, the music isn't all that good, but at least the M1 fixed the sound.
