I liked my high school graduation, but I really loved my university graduation. We all wore long flowing black robes, it was in an old building, it was very traditional, and at the end, we followed this big important vice chancellor dude out of the building. Yes...it was just like Harry Potter at Hogwarts. All it needed were the floating candles and Peeves.

@Com Okay, I know it can be scarey - I finished university last year, and I was like, "NOW WHAT?" I have never really known what I want to do, apart from being some sort of writer, and being creative. Which is a start, I guess. Anyway, my advice - whether you go to college, join the army, become a bum on the street or become a male stripper - try and find out who you are, and what you want to do with your life. You have roughly got your late teens and your twenties to do this, because then things begin to get serious. (Need for money, maybe starting a family, etc.) Try and find out what you want to do and who you are as early as possible - I put it off while I was at university, and it was better if I didn't. Good luck mate.

Just the once, because once is enough. Yeah it's a page turner, and it kept my attention, but that doesn't mean it's a good book. It's very much overrated IMO, just a cheap airport paperback with lots of hype and shock value. And the characters are the most boring and unrealistic characters I have ever found in a novel: Langdon is a dull idiot and Sophie is a 16 year old girl stuck in a 33 year old's body. I found myself going for the bad guys in the book, because I found them more attractive then the good guys. The best character by far was the Monk.

Wow, that image brings back the memories. I agree...I think retro emulation should keep on going strong, get more and more refined until they are as perfect as they can be.

I guess. Well, I saw it last night. Kate in black leather is hot. The sex scene is hot. The action is good. But apart from that, it just felt abit B grade and dodgy to me. But I didn't like the first film either. I did like the scene where Kate takes on the soldiers.

The actual story might be fiction. But so much of what is in the book is accurate. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The secret societies found in the novel might be real, but most of what the book states has actually been rejected by historians worldwide.
