The closest emu to emulate commercial games is iDeaS. It will probably be some time till a fully working DS emulator is released. I suggest that if you want to play the games then go buy a DS. Don't be a cheap bastard. Support the people whose games you want to play.

I don't care what anyone says, Saturn is where I first played Darkstalkers and I loved it! It was a success in my eyes.

I think 3rd world country is a bit extreme, how about developing countries. They could certainly use cheap laptops for education.

The free games is just a rumor. The 100 dollars thing is also a rumor but a bit more substantiated. It will definitely be cheap but maybe not $100 cheap. It would be awesome though.
