Anything that is made has a statistical chance of not working, especially electronics. It happens all the time and usually the percentage is really small. I learned this in Statistics class. Something about confidence limits or something.

I don't like Thanksgiving because this is when my mother has a potluck with all her friends. The food isn't usually good.

I was surprised to hear that Quake 4 ran choppily on 360. You know what the killer app on 360 is? Live! Arcade! Smash TV online multiplayer, baby!!

Oh, I've seen them. But some of those are definitely scams. Most of those really high bids like in the thousands are by people with 0 feedback. That's usually a sign to foulplay. I think it's XBOX fanboys who didn't get one trying to thwart the sales of them. I don't know. Meh.

I'm not expecting a cheap system when Ken Kutaragi says that it will cost a lot and that he wants people to work longer so that they afford it. :-/ But I thought the RSX was basically a souped up 7800GTX with more pipelines I think. It is based of the G70 core. Either way, both ATI and Nvidia created some badass GPUs for these consoles.

Microsoft has more money to divert to the XBOX 360 then Sega ever had. Moneys buys a lot of things in business, and it can definitely buy success in the video game business.

EDIT: Nevermind, I just checked on Newegg and 6600 cards go for around 90-120 dollars. Not really much in the way of savings. Also, these aren't the GTs so that really sucks.

Well I have to get one first. That'll be quite a challenge. I recommend that people who want one go to an out of the way Walmart and hang out there around 10PM. Supposedly Walmart is going to hand out tickets. Call ahead of time of course.
