YES! That is absolutely correct. I wish more people would think that way. For me, the plot just has to be plausible enough for the gameplay mechanics. Not that I don't enjoy a game with a good plot but there are other factors more important to make a game good. I think a good plot is only necessary in RPGs. But it's not really the plot that is necessary, it is the story telling mechanics. A good game developer can take a simple aliens attack Earth plot and make it an engrossing epic (Half-Life) while bad ones just use boring cutscene exposition.

Planescape: Torment. You just have to play the game to realize how awesome it is. Basically, you wake up and don't know who you are and you find out you are immortal. The plot of the game is finding out how that happened and how to become mortal again.

The new Prince of Persia game looks pretty decent but they're going to burn out the franchise. Unless that's their goal, try to get as many out while people still know what it is.

Just to let you know that never happened. It is true that they did reveal something about the GBA but it's just a new smaller version. And they added wireless functionality to it I think otherwise the rest is the same. And it's known that they were going release PDA software since that only makes sense. On a related note, I had a chance to play Meteos and it's really fun.

I was literally rolling on the floor laughing at the puking scene. And it was nice to see a bit of evil Stewie in this episode and his characterization of the typical college male was hilarious because I hate those kinds of guys too. The bunker scene with Hitler and Eva Braun was great. The Pee Wee's Big Adventure breakfast machine was awesome too. I missed the bit before the theme song but luckily that's the bit they had at Yahoo! Oh yeah, don't post links to torrents or any place to download them here. The show is covered by the DMCA.
