Yeah. I don't think I hit anything with the revolver but I hit stuff with the rifle. Recoil wasn't too bad. None of my friends had a shotgun. I couldn't rent guns at the place we were at either but I definitely want to shoot a shotgun. You should take whatever opportunity you can to fire a gun because it's fun. And for the anti-gun people, guns are unfortunately an important tool that aren't ever going to go away.

I shot my first guns today, a .38 revolver and a rifle. It was pretty fucking cool but now I want one. I had no real clue how loud those things were. In the beginning I flinched at all the shots around me. When shooting the revolver I didn't realize how hard I actually had to pull the trigger.
