  1. A victory for cheap-skate pirates around the globe! Huzzah!
  2. Ford Highlander? Don't you mean the Toyota Highlander?
  3. I always found driving to be easy. But then again I started practicing when I was 14 on my sister's car. I was more worried that I'd pull some Carmaggedon crap. But I flunked my first license test because I went 45 in a 35 zone. I didn't even see the sign...
  4. The people who don't see themselves as tards are the biggest tards of all.
  5. <---- Seinfeldtard. We're all tards.
  6. PSPs aren't beating iPods in any way.
  7. I actually did know this. And I'm going to have to ask you to refrain from double posting, you can just edit your first post to add that other stuff.
  8. It was discovered about a week or so ago that the new Remedy game would have a character named Alan Wake. Well, the site is now online with 2 beautiful screenshots and a teaser video that you can get with bit torrent. http://alanwake.com/ All I can say is "WOW!" I'm so glad that there are still independant development houses like Remedy around who can create new IPs and do what they want with it. With their partnership with 3DRealms for Max Payne, they were able to earn enough money to self-fund this new game (without 3DR's help this time). Next gen looks amazing.
  9. The hold button, the scourge of music players. I think that's happened to everyone before since it's just so easy to overlook
  10. Real men use the stick. The nonclear kind that crusts in your armpits. But seriously, Axe sucks. The smell is way too strong and obnoxious.
  11. http://news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&u=/a...electronic_arts "The slump was blamed on poor performance of key titles, growing competition, higher engine licensing costs, and the upcoming next-gen consoles that are apparently reducing anticipation for current gen titles." - Andy Burnes @ VE3D
  12. Yes, much better. Frank Miller is god. I was afraid our team was going to lose another player.
  13. Oh god no...please no! NOT YOU!!!! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Theres a difference between people that like Naruto, and Narutards. People that like Naruto just like watching the show. We don't go to the extreme to putting Naruto in our avatars and sigs and post pictures of us cosplaying in our official naruto underwear. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> which one am i?? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The worst kind of all...the Narutard.
  14. I can't even read that.
  15. The greatest logo of all.
  16. Performance benchmarks. Game performance is what's most important to me. Plus there are other factors like power consumption and heat emission which AMD excel at. Here is an article from yesterday that shows how the new Venice cores have much less power usage than current AMD processors which is already a lot less than Intel's. http://www.lostcircuits.com/cpu/amd_venice/
  17. I got bored of the game early on but I've watched my friend's play it and I like Vincent because he just looks cool.
  18. You know, I really need to get a legal version of UT2k4 so I can play that online.
  19. That's why I didn't move it. I'll give him the benefit since he's helping out his girlfriend. And it's nothing malicious.
  20. CS Beta 6.0 > All. I don't really play CS that much anymore but if I do I play CS:S because it looks better and has fewer lamers. I never played CS:CZ online nor do I have any wish to. The last version I used to play a lot was 1.3 so I never played 1.4-1.6, I just started again with Source.
  21. Shouldn't it be Athlon > Pentium or AMD > Intel? If you're going to mention an article and ask us to read it then please FIND IT AND LINK IT here. But yes, I find that AMD has taken the crown from Intel, atleast in the gaming sector. What makes AMD even cooler (literally since they use less power and emit less heat) now is that they designed the A64s to be used in a multicore arrangement from the beginning. Intel is basically just slapping together two cores together while AMD designed the A64s with a special crossbar between the I/O and memory interfaces and the execution core. So to go multicore all they need to do it add another execution core to that crossbar. They had the foresight for that and it's paying off.
  22. Ja man, Imageshack is teh own. Anyway, one final down (Mol Cell lab), three to go.
  23. The more memory intensive stuff you do, the larger pagefile the better. But a large pagefile should never be a substitute for RAM. It's more important to have more RAM.
  24. It's actually somewhat funny. Though the earlier ones are a tad hard to read but it improves later on.
  25. 100% agree. Ever since I was introduced to Universe Bios I have never gone back to the regular one.
