You don't need MAME, you want it. Anyway, you can get either Mame32 (http://www.classicgaming.com/mame32qa/) or Mame32Plus (http://mameplus.emu-france.com/) here. Download the binaries. Then double click to extract and set the path to where you want it. Then get the ROMs (we're not going to tell you where to download them so don't ask) and place them in the ROM folder. Open MAME and it should search for the games and then show up in the Available list. Double click and enjoy.
