  1. Ack! I wish I had $100,000 laying around so I could buy that.
  2. Well enough mourning of K'dash's departure, here's some commentary on the DS after a hands on session. Gamespot: http://www.gamespot.com/news/2004/10/08/news_6110050.html Penny-Arcade: http://www.penny-arcade.com/news.php3?date=2004-10-06#2244 Both of them give pretty positive comments on the DS. I still wonder how tough it will be to use the stylus and play the game at the same time.
  3. Yeah! I thought this game was definitely under rated. I didn't play it that much since my sound files were messed up but I really liked to play as Karasu.
  4. Presenting...Bioshock! It's not System Shock 3 but it's close enough, it has the word 'shock' in the name. This is a tad bit of a disappointment but this game can be thought of as a spiritual sucessor since EA owns the rights to the System Shock name. And if you read that article, the sounds very unique and interesting. It had a lot of biology things in it so it's going to rule. http://www.gamespot.com/pc/action/bioshock...ew_6110044.html
  5. I hope you can find some tips here: http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/snes/game/8914.html Any of those walkthroughs will have good tips.
  6. Oh yeah, that Gran Turismo video wasn't even real time. It was a network video. I don't know if you guys knew that already.
  7. I've wanted to know if music videos are illegal or not. I have around 16 gb of them. I mostly got them of P2P and IRC. Videopimp is one of the biggest music video releasing sites, if you go to their IRC, you'll find a lot of stuff there.
  8. If you're going to install SS2 now, then I suggest you use this fan made Rebirth mod. It updates the low poly enemy models to high poly ones. This is a comparison of the original model vs. the new one for the Midwife. There is this other project called SHTUP which is a hi res texture pack but I haven't used it since it was released after I play SS2 last. http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?...8855#post908855
  9. GC is working on it. After the first upgrade, everything went to hell so he didn't install the arcade with the second upgrade as a precaution. But since the the arcade is not a problem, it's only a matter of time till it's back.
  10. I want this game...NOW! http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/attachment...tachmentid=8180
  11. Shoot-em ups. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That's really a vague name since you shoot 'em in lots of different games.
  12. I cried myself to sleep last night.
  13. Yeah, GGXX#R was ported over very well. If only this happened more often.
  14. Now why did you have to go ahead and bump this?
  15. Don't be impatient, he'll get around to it when he has time.
  16. My CD player in my car is Sirius compatible but I haven't done it. But a friend of mine has that and he said it was easy to set up. And make sure you get Sirius satellite, not the other one because Stern will be Sirius exclusive.
  17. Illegal material is illegal material. No if, ands, or buts about it. If you want illegal stuff, there are many other places to find it. Those caffinated mints are definitely getting to you...I want some!!
  18. Tomorrow is going to be a good day because Irrational Games is going to announce something big which deals with System Shock. Here is the article on Gamespot: http://www.gamespot.com/features/6109881/index.html These are 2 select quotes that have me extremely anxious and excited about what will be announced. Why am I so excited? Because System Shock 1 and 2 are absolutely fantastic games. Especially System Shock 2, it's one of my favorite games of all time. A perfect blend of RPG, FPS, and survival horror elements in a completely futuristic setting. The rest of the article is basically a concise history to how System Shock 2 got made by Looking Glass Studios.
  19. Do you have enough RAM and system resources free? Is that the only ROM you can't play?
  20. Are those in a 525 mb RAR file? I'm getting that now. But those formats are for Alcohol 120%. You have to load them in a virtual drive, either Alcohol 120% or Daemon Tools should do it.
  21. To enable the Expansion pack, go to Options-> Settings -> Options (it's a tab) -> Make sure N64 4mb Expansion Pack is on 'Using'
  22. Minimum: 1.2GHz CPU with 256MB RAM, Win 98/ME/2000/XP and a DirectX 7 capable graphics card. Recommended: 2.4 GHz CPU with 512MB RAM, Windows 2000/XP and a DirectX 9 graphics card.
  23. Hmm...I don't have much knowledge on UPSes but what company and model is it?
