I absolutely love this game. Beating the games takes a LONG time. The game officially ends at 2050 and I usually don't win till the very end. What group are you playing as and what way do you want to win? 1) Always use the Governer. He'll take care of the micromanaging and will keep your towns riot free usually. 2) Use your first warrior unit to explore and search for all those special mounds to get extra gold and crap. Be careful of barbarians but they should be really easy to defeat now. 3) Try to build another city as soon as possible. For every few units you make, make a thing that can build cities. You want to build cities near water and near resources. 4) Try to get atleast 2 workers for each city to plow the land and build mines. 5) Spend the rest of the building for military units. Fortify a few of them in the city and then rest of the outsid the city but inside your boundry facing different directions to take on the barbarians that come after you. 6) Don't be war mongering, especially in the beginning. The computer has a knack for reaching other computer players before you and can ally against you. 7) Try to locate the nearest civilization and trade with them. Don't ignore the Navy. Make sure you build some ports. 9) Advance scientifically AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. Being one tech ahead of the rest can mean a big difference.

Hehe, the title for this news article at VE3D was "Xbox 2 Turns on Japanese?" which makes it sounds like it got up and killed a whole bunch of people like Godzilla. But I like the fact that it will be smaller and more simple looking. I hate the way the XBOX looks now with all those stupid ridges and crap.

How can it play S/VCD's and/or DVDs when the disc slot is only 6 cm? Apparantly the PSP had been delayed to 2005 due to heating and battery problems. Supposedly the battery only lasts for 90 minutes...

Hmm...that is pretty troubling and stupid on Sony's part.

On the first day of the upgrade, it said the board was going to be down for 10 minutes. That 10 minutes turned out to be 3 days.

Go to the bottom of the page and you'll see a drop box at the bottom left. Then Choose Invision Board Default.

The SGOrange skin? I don't even think that's compatible with IPB 2.0. If this skin is hard on your eyes (I don't see how since dark backgrounds are always easier), then go to the bottom of the page and switch to Invision Default Skin. And the arcade will be back soon. They didn't install it with the second upgrade to try to diagnose the problem.

That's highly unlikely. If you don't like this dark skin, you can switch to the Invision default one.

I'm sure it was quite a harrowing 10 minutes for GameCop.
