Yeah, the end result should be a dat file. You should copy the stuff from the top %%%%%%%% to the bottom %%%%%%% and then paste it in either ASR.DAT (Kawaks) or NEOGEO.DAT (Nebula). If there is no ASR.DAT in Kawaks, that means you're not using a loader. And in order to run most new games in Nebula, you need a loader.

You need to type in a game name. Then just press next.

This is just going to be too cool...I can't wait to see this thing clobber my PC. I think I barely get 4000 in 3DMark2003, I'll probably get in the hundreds in this one. I changed the title since FF4 isn't Fantastic 4 and people would get confused. But Jessica Alba is in it so it can't be that bad...she is teh hot.

On Novemeber 23 the first three seasons of Seinfeld will be on DVD. Two days after there will be a 1 hour special on NBC called The Seinfeld Story which will feature interviews and retrospectives from all 4 of the main cast members, other characters, and other important people on the show. Here is a somewhat interesting article about the price of the PSP. Sony will choose it's price depending on the reaction it gets from the people at the Tokyo Game Show. Now everyone should hate it so they bring the price down. Most ROMs are compatible with both NRX and Kawaks/Nebula. Almost all of mine (except for the really old dumps) convereted just fine from NRX to Kawaks. I used RomCenter to convert them to the proper names. It's only in the newest games that you really need to worry about having the P roms and such.
