I had that high pitched sound my computer makes whenever I wake it up from it's sleep state. I can't even stand it when I am fully awake much less just out of bed. -

Try doing this technique really fast (I had to do it in MUGEN): 632 + 214 + 6 Are you familiar with the number system? If not, here is a quick guide. 789 456 123 If you look at that, it looks like all possible positions of a joystick. That's what it is. 6 = Right, 3 = Down right, 2 = Down, 1 = Down left, etc.

A quick suggestion is to not use WMP9. Get Media Player Classic of BSPlayer instead.

Non essential processes would normally be stuff that's opened by your user name (as in not System, Local or Network Service)
