Alright cool, I'm no longer worried about the sound since I haven't heard anything weird again. Just sounds like its reading the disc and then it goes away while I'm playing the game. And I'm planning on getting this VGA Box: Looks like a cool VGA Box. The bid ends in 4 hours so I don't know if any of you will get to read this in time before I place a bid for it, but I would like to hear your comments.

Oddly enough my NAV Corporate Edition updated it self without me knowing last night. That's very peculiar because it never did that before...I think some supernatural forces are involved.

Command & Conquer: The Covert Operations - It's the hardest game EVER! Star Trek Judgement Rites - This one part pissed me off because I couldn't pass it and then I was told that it was a bug so I calmed down a little. Marvel vs. Capcom 2 at the arcade - Because I get my ass handed to me every time by losers who practically live in that arcade. Lands of Lore 2: Guardians of Destiny: The fact that I paid for that load of crap pissed me off to the extreme. That game was horrible.

I use them all. Muahahaahaha! I don't mind it at all since its no real hassle. Sure I would like to have one emulator to play them all, but I am way too lazy to convert all my NRXs to Kawaks and to make sure all the CRCs are the same. They all have their pros and cons and it boils down to each persons preference.

What are you talking about? You mean like if you had the dc connected to a tv and a pc moniter? if yes then yes, but if you mean between the "real" pc screen and the DC pc screen, then no. I dont think there is a VGA box out there that does this, well not atleast one for $20 and under, you'd have to buy one for like $40-60. The VGA box is meant for the PC monitor, oh yeah it also comes with the s-video cable thing that lets you connect your dc to a "HD" tv, or one with the s-video connection port "plug" but my tv dont have it so i wouldnt know about "HD" game quality... I guess I'll have to get one of the expensive ones then. It's going to weird to have to pay more of a VGA Box than I paid for my DC. The way my computer is set up, it would be quite a hassle to change the cable between each device.

Does your VGA box let you connect your PC and your DC at the same time with a switch to change between them?

I'm trying to find a good VGA box that lets me connect my monitor to my PC and my DC at the same with a switch to change between each device. And a headphone jack or something to connect my PC speaker system to it. All of the ones I have seen so far only have RCA Out and VGA Out and no VGA In. I found one once but it said it worked with XBOX, PS2, GC, but not the DC. I don't see how that's possible, but I don't want to waste my money on uncertainty. But technically any thing with RCA in and VGA out should work, right? And I came across this arcade stick just now: Dreamcast Arcade Stick

Geez, I can't play games for more than 4 hours anymore. When I played Ultima Online though, I was on for like 6 hours at a time and my parents were furious. Actually, the other day my Mom asked me if I would ever grow out of games and it curtly replied "No."

Hello all. I am online on my DC right now. It works like a charm. No loud or weird sounds to report. It is a pain to type with this controller, though.

I had most of my finals this week because most of my classes are labs. I had Physics 1 lab, Physics 2 lab, and Organic lab taken care of. I have Microbiology Lab on Monday at 10:30. Then my lecture finals are on Wednesday and Thursday. History and Micro on Wednesday, and Physics and Organic on Thursday. Then I'm off!!! Yippee!! Until summer session starts... To relax during finals weeks (which I don't do much of) I usually watch more Seinfeld than I normally do. Drink a lot of cold water to keep myself awake. I rarely sleep during finals week and I've been doing that since high school. Anything below a 94% is unacceptable to me so I study hard when I actually do sit down and concentrate. And now there is 1emulation to post at when I'm not doing anything else which happens to be most of the time. Good luck to you all on your finals! I know you will kick their ass and show them who's boss!

I never liked Shakespeare... But another game sequel I would like to see is Total Annihilation 2.

There is no whistling sound or any of that sort. I just burned and played Ikaruga and there was just some sound when the game first started and then nothing else. And after my Web Browser was fully loaded, I didn't hear any loud sounds. Just the normal spinning and reading of it. I also put in Tony Hawk 2 in and nothing out of the ordinary happened. I guess I was just being paranoid. And on a totally unrelated note, I was shocked when I unRARed Ikaruga. It was a flocking 800 mb bin in an 18 mb RAR!! I was wondering why it was taking so long to unpack.
