I can say with great pide in my voice that I've played every single LucasArts/LucasFilm Games adventures. The Dig was the best! WTF is a DIG???? You haven't heard of "The Dig"?! It's probably the best Lucas Arts adventure game. If I still had the CD and was on broadband, I'd rip it and send it to you. You must play it. It's a must. Play these: The Dig Grim Fandango Sam and Max Full Throttle EDIT: And Monkey Island. How could I forget that.

That's also a big myth. I'm from around New Orleans, and that doesn't happen as often as you think. Sure, there's a lot of boob flashing and ass baring, but its more difficult to get them to have sex with you. The simple reason is that its way too crowded to push your way through to actually get to a bed or a decent place to fornicate. Ofcourse, that doesn't stop me from trying. *imagines Kramer grabbing some hot chicks hand about to take her to his place when suddenly a guy offers her some more better looking beads so she goes with him ditching Kramer* ...sad Oh the memories!!! Nooo!! That actually happened to me last year. Well sort of. We were trying to find people to go to party, and I was like "Hey! I got cool beads!" And she was like "I'm stupid. I can buy these for like 5 cents each but I'll go with you anyway." And then some jerk with 10 cent beads comes up and then she's like "Oooh...10 cent beads, he's way cooler than you, you 5 cent bead bastard." Oh I wish I had the kavorka (sp?).

You were lying!!!??? How dare you fool us like that! Playing with our minds like its your little sick game, shame on you. Shame on you. -
Nebula emulated NeoGeo CD? I didn't know that.

I'm just thinking aloud that if some XBOX hardware is compatible with XBOX Next, then the harddrive can be used to store roms and crap. Sure, it may take time to rewrite emulators for it and for some decent mod chips to come out, but it would be cool.

Hmm...2 gig is still a pretty big amount for games. I mean, most people use the current harddrive to store stuff other than actual XBOX game materials. Imagine the file swapping speed with this flash memory. A lot of it could be used as virtual RAM and will be just as fast. But I hope the XBOX is backwards compatible with XBOX games and some of the hardware. Is there such a thing as an external XBOX harddrive?

Aaahh...thanks for that info Riot. 24 is more than most 3D games...I think. So far we know that Terry and Kyo are coming back. So that leaves 12 more known characters.

I'm going to try to get tails...but it won't work. But its the effort that counts.

All for one game. Fatal Fury Wild Ambition. I haven't played it yet, but its Fatal Fury so it can't be THAT bad.

What's preventing someone from hacking Yahoo! or Google or even 1emulation and have them send malicous code to anyone that visits? Take some risks...geez The chances are extremely low, and it's Stanford! They 0wn everything.

Tobal 2 had 207 after unlocking everybody. Oh yeah... But what recent 3D fighter? Something with decent graphics.

From the FAQ: I'm behind a firewall, can I use Folding@home? Yes. Please configure your Firewall or Proxy server in the config panel. You can reach the config panel by right clicking in the graphical display or by clicking on the task bar icon. What about security issues? We have worked very hard to maintain the best security possible with modern computer science methodology. Our software will upload and download data only from our data server here at Stanford. The Cores are also digitally signed (see below) to make sure that you're getting the true Stanford cores and nothing else. How is this possible? We take extensive measures to check all of the data entering your computer and the results we send back to Stanford with 2048 bit digital signatures. If the signatures don't match (on either the input out the output) the client will throw away the data and start again. This ensures, using the best software security measures developed to date (digital signatures and PKI in version 3.0), that we are keeping the tightest possible security. Finally, the client/screen saver are available for download only from this web site, so that we can guarantee the integrity of the software. We do not support Folding@home software obtained elsewhere and prohibit others to distribute the software.

So you're going to ride in on your horse, lasso the employees, have a gun duel with the manager, and ride out? Sounds like a plan, though not very discreet.
-
Folding@home This is a distributed computing project which studies proteins which can lead to new discoveries in diseases and cures. It's a very good cause and it takes up just a few system resources. You can turn it off when you want to play a game, and just leave it on when you're computer isn't doing anything or not doing anything processor intensive. So, how about we create a 1emulation team and compete with some of the other teams in seeing how much we can fold. If not for the competition, its a very good and important cause. So how about it?

Well since we don't know that character list, she may be a normal character. But I'm beginning to think this game won't have that many characters to choose from...what's the most amount of characters in a 3D fighter so far, anyone know? I'm hoping there are atleast 30. But with such sweet graphics, who knows. So far the only recognizable characters from the other games is Kyo and Terry. I'm not shooting this game down just yet...I'll wait till I see a video or actually play it.

Why thank you thank. Your test sounds like quite a biatch. I'm sure you did well on it. Well its a good thing that DNF isn't coming out this year, since HL2 and Doom III are most probably coming out this year. 3 high profile FPS games is quite a lot. DNF needs to be released when Serious Sam 2 is so they can cream Croteam. To me, DNF is the only FPS on the horizon that can equal Half-Life 2 and Doom III. S.T.A.L.K.E.R maybe, but thats more an FPS/RPG/Survival so I'm not including that.

CAJUN STRIKE! Hehe, I'll go Gambit on his ass. -
Haha! But the girls that do "have fun" (keeping it G rated) are usually the slutty ones anyway. They get even more loose, if you know what I mean.

I wouldn't go that far yet. This is the year of Half Life 2 and Doom III. And many other awesome games. This is just a great year for the PC.
