I decided to repond with a more adult tone as can be seen with my mock (probably pretty close to what actually happens) conversation. I usually don't fly off the handle like that, but this was such a great comedic opportunity that comes every once in a while so I just had to do it. And I'm not homophobic at all. If I were homophobic, I wouldn't have lived with my gay roommate in high school for two years. Yeah, it's true but we had rules. I couldn't find an appropriate forum since this includes arcade and console so I am asking here. In my effort to understand the world of emulation more and how things are done, I always wanted to know how the games are taken for their cartridge/CD/board and then turned into to the lovely ROMs that we play at home. I'm sure its a pretty difficult process but I don't really anything about how its actually done.

I always thought Akira had really good dubbing. I prefer the old version instead of the remastered version because Kaneda's voice is of the guy that did Leonardo's voice in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles so that makes it 10 times as cool. Other than that I really can't stand dubs. Subtitles all the way. I mean, you can't transfer Goldenboy's or The Slayers jokes into English without messing up on the Japanese timing. Comedy is all about timing. I make sure I get the Japanese version. I can't really recall any other good dubbing...I remember the dubbing for Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon was absolute crap, even though that's a live action movie and not an anime. But it was bad, and they even spent a lot of money on it. And I hate it when people complain when something is subtitled. I'm like, "Learn to read faster, moron. Apparantly your undeveloped brain can't take reading and watching something at the same time." And Japanese just sounds compared to English. It sounds so fast and cool.

Well Abobu was in ROTD and he was in the other NeoGeo Double Dragon game.
