-
Back from the grave. Anyway, who the hell recorded me playing?! K'dash, you're really only 16 yrs old?
-
Advanced War I and II Command and Conquer series and just plain 'ole Chess.
-
This series seems to be getting very popular, but I don't know a thing about it.
-
Not a FF7 fan but will probably check this out; I heard it'll only span an hour though. Has there been a release date?

Happy Birthday Agozer And Gryphonklaw
Captain FuKu replied to Fatal Rose's topic in Gossip Café [/offtopic]
Happy birthday to you guys. *Nope, nothing witty to say here.* -
Well, I'm surprised that this thread is still getting some response. Thanks for the stories shared so far. I haven't posted much nor been here since I started this thread. No, I didn't have my wisdom tooth out yet. It's just that a lot of other crap happened this week, and I'm still trying to sort everything out. I'll probably have to get this handled some time during my summer break, but I also start summer school this Monday till July 2nd, Mon. - Fri. so I may try to hold out till after school's through. BTW, with insurance, around how much does this surgery cost cuz I may have to pay outta my own pockets since my dad is worse than Scrooge?

God damn... face swollen to the size of a football -- that doesn't sound very good at all. What I'm really nervous about is that I'll be unconcious, and I don't like being unconcious in a room full of strangers. It's hard to explain, but I don't like the idea of being knocked out while there are other people near me, doing stuff to me. I must sound paranoid. Anyway, after what happened this morning, I'm gonna have to handle the immediate problems with my family first before I can move on to this problem. Life is wonderful.
-
Well, same here. I brush at least twice a day, but I still get cavaities. Maybe I'm not brushing carefully or something. Anyhow, sorry but.... yeah, wisdom teeth. Anyone else have operation done on it, stories, whatever; continue on.
-
Someone who's never even had cavaities in their life....amazing! What is your secret? Or do you brush after every single meal? Anyway, when it seems like life is going bad, it throws you a curveball....and it only gets worse! OMFG!! I'm speechless after what has happened this morning at home. For now, all I'll say is, it takes great courage to continue living with your folks. So for all you brethren who are also living with their parents....well, (lol) don't know what to say; I'm in the same boat. Carry on with the topic. It seems no one thus far has had any problems with wisdom teeth except me. Wow... Most people I talk to tells me they had to have them removed at some point. (I wonder if most of you are are even bothering to read my posts when replying to this.)
-
Alright this sucks. Well, my wisdom tooth may potentially cause me problems if I just let 'em stay. See, I already had my braces off a while back, but as my fricking wisdom tooth wants to emerge, it's crowding up my jaw and my top retainer still fits (sorta) but I can't get my bottom one to fit anymore cuz my teeth are starting to become crooked once more, thanks to the emerging wisdom teeth. Wonderful. So I am at a point in which I must choose to probably get surgery to have these f#ckers removed or just let 'em stay and continue to f*ck up 2 and 1/2 years of Orthodontic work! Cuz frankly, I don't think I wanna let my teeth get any more crooked than it is started to get. To add to the problem, I've also got some cavities which I probably need to get taken care of before any surgery can be done on my wisdom teeth; and no doubt I'll probably hear some lecture from my retarded dentist about taking care of my teeth blah blah. (I blame this on all those coffee I've been drinking in order to stay up doing school work/studying, only to end up exhausted and just crash into slumber land without brushing -- poor excuse?) (I planned on enjoying my two weeks off from school before I start summer school, but looks like it ain't going to turn out like I hoped for.) Anyway, I hear the recovery can be rather slow after removing these "wisdom teeth", and sometimes bleeding may be very persistent, swelling of the jaw may occur, possible complications from surgery, and on and on. Great. Just great. I know surgery is not a must, but my teeth tend to have deep roots and already I'm getting flashbacks of my retarded dentist manually trying to extract 4 tooth (2 lower, 2 upper) before I got my braces. That bastard was sweating and puffing like a pig, and I remember that the skin from my tongue peeled off because his stupid instrument rubbing against it as he tried to extract my tooth -- tongue was bleeding for like 2 straight days after. Yeah, I'm probably gonna need to have it surgically removed. I know most of you guys here are around the age when you get your wisdom tooth or just past that age, so I was hoping some of you can share any stories you may have and whether you had them removed, and whatever. (I'm done for now, but ask me for clarifications if you need.)

What's The Name Of This Anime?
Captain FuKu replied to Sybarite Paladin AxL's topic in Gossip Café [/offtopic]
Anime is everywhere in Germany? And there's an anime based on Heidi? WTF?! Anyway, you should also check out Berserk, if you can find it. On a side note, I kinda like the ending song for Hamtaro. I am serious, which scares me. -

I believe some of the members here were promised a Nobel Peace Prize if *something* came about from this deep insightful thread. -

If we are really a terrorist haven, the US Embassy will be the first one we torched down. Americans, if u all have some sense, just vote out Bush and bring back all the innocent soldiers. U can't really blame the soldiers for doing those horrible torture acts. SOmetimes, pressure and the longing to go home can drove people mad and do unnthinkable acts. THe Vietnam War have a lot of examples to this. DO you Americans really want another Nam? Funny you mention the Vietnam War, because this current "War on Terror" has some striking similarities to America's involvement in Vietnam. Of course, this will never be pointed out or discussed in mass media. -

This thread is getting funnier as it goes on. Keep up the good work guys! -
Great. So even though there's no definite release date yet, we *should* be seeing this sometime this summer, right?
-
It really depends I suppose on what types of films you are typically interested in. For foreign films, you may be interested in some films by director Miike Takashi. Here's some reviews and stuff for Fudoh: The New Generation http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/FudohTheNe...ration-1094708/ Some reviews for Ichi the Killer http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/IchitheKiller-1113161/ Reviews for Audition http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/Audition-1109602/ (And I have a feeling someone's gonna jump in with Akira Kurosawa. )

And I believe quite recently, Daigo travel to Franch to take part in a tourney, only to get beat down by a French player (I think the game was CvS2). That guy is in a slump or something; apprently he didn't do so well in the recent SBO either. -
Yes, I know. It's just that -- regardless of who is making it -- there are just too many vs. spawns being made.

Yeah, and I also heard that the Stop signs there are written in two languages: French and English. Also, shop signs and such needs to be written in French and English, but the French words needs to be bigger than the English letters or something like that. Strange. -

Gays that purposely act "gay" in the sterotypical fashion are a source of comedy. So...uh... *thumbsup* -
It's time companies start making an original fighter that doesn't have "vs." in it -- especially Capcom. Versus series: 1) XvSF 2) MvSF 3) MvC 4) MvC2 I think they're in a slump or something. New ideas are just not creeping into the 'ole noggin. Anyone want to join Capcom and hopefully turn things around? We need a savior.

statistics shows that Asian arcade gamers (more than likely Chinese) are KOF/SNK nuts and in the US: SF/MVSC/2 gods SF gods? Nope, I wish it were true, but the only fighting game America seriously pays any attention to is MvC2 and to a lesser extent CvS2 (but, again, Japan owns us in that game as well). <--I'm talking about CvS2. SF gods? That probably goes to Japan (again) -- afterall, the arcades there are just crazy, so alive, while it is DEAD in the U.S. "Statistics" if you wanna call it that, has repeatedly shown that Japan dominates the U.S. in fighting games. If you look at the past Evolution tournament results, it is always the small handful of Japanese players who travel to California to end up owning the U.S and taking the top spots. Like I said, MvC2 is the only game America dominates in......because no one else in the world plays it. Sad. -

Ah yes...which reminds me: MvC2 = the ONLY game America is #1 in, cuz no one else in the world plays that garbage. Seriously.
