  1. We need to talk nigga. Maybe we can setup some arrangement.
  2. They won't. MS is really trying to get the hype machine rolling. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> YO GRYPH. EMOTION ENGINE! By December, the 1st game everyone wants to own will be out, and thats Dead or Alive 4.
  3. Well if you have an HDTV already, and it has a DVI cable. Your practically all set! (Ah if you don't, your missing out on a much better, clearer, crisper picture) Although you'd need to make your fonts bigger because their really small :\ So upping them 120dpi or higher would make reading much easier for you if you plan on using it as your main.
  4. Fact is, the TV is locked to a specificed number of pixels set if a computer is hooked up to it via DVI or Analogue input due to it's processing chip. Using this shoddy example | | | | | | 720 1080 would be obviously bigger | | | | | | | | | | | Anything higher in the 800x600 | | | | | | Won't fit in a 720dpi setting unless specified directly via manufacturing card/system It isn't handled normally unless find some way of modifing the way your video card outputs screen resolutions to HDTVs, more specficially, you'd have to be using a DVI connector into the TV it self. Also if you do plan on doing this, I highly recommend checking the manual as it will have more information on why and why nots. It was also explained on Call for Help episode. But most 1080DPI HDTVs these days support 800x600 and higher, including 1280 × 720 (A 720DPI HDTV doesn't support it oddly). Thats important thing right there. 720 and 1080 both are excellent and both have different ways of handling single from your PC. It's a TV limation, not a pc card one.
  5. MS has determinded, any rootkit is a bad rootkit, like your's Sony!
  6. Pssh. Just because TV is HDTV doesn't mean the computer could run it. Some HDTVs will get stuck in 800x600 because it's a 720DPI setting. Higher the DPI = higher the resolution possible. <3 Call for Help On the plus side, 800x600 looks BAD ASS on HDTV. But the thing is, it's 800x600! TV's aren't meant to be replacements for monitors(even if their hi-def) which is why it's like that. Get a BenQ or one of em badass Dell monitors.
  7. I've started a fund for me to buy a Xbox 360. Hopefully, I'll get one for christmas, if not, my birthday.
  8. Google up "Mpeg2VCR" It will convert VOBs to MPEG2. If that doesn't work, demux the vob with ReJig or any other program capable of demuxing. If that doesn't work, you should hit up the afterdawn.com forums. Lots of people there to help. Or doom9. I prefer afterdawn, thats just me. This thread should help you: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/226677
  9. It's PS2.5 until Cell gets released.
  10. Yes, Nero Vision(Nero's DVD editior) can open and burn from mpeg2 files. Regular Nero would have to go thru an external process of authoring it. Such as using TMPEG DVD Author or something similar.
  11. Well, one way would be to extract it and using TMPG Enc to re-encode it to NTSC DVD then re-author it.
  12. Euro launch is said to happen more or less a few days after the North American launch AFAIK. Japanese launch if sometime around 2-5/12.
  13. Confirmed to be false. For the first time, I'm actually defending Sony of their douchbaggerry http://www.ps3today.com/Blogs/News/hqs/blr_925.aspx
  14. He would of lost it on Sunday night taping for SD! Since it would of been a Double Header show the WWE has been putting on for a few weeks.
  15. For one, the buttons are different, and so is the stick. X-Arcade sticks use very high quality in-house place from what I can tell, also the stick is baseball style. Hori uses swana parts and offer the golf ball style stick, which is all very good quality. X-arcade sticks could be more suited for your likes seeing how arcades in North America mostly carry this style of joystick over it's japanese golf ball counter part. So you could feel right at home using an xarcade as if you were at a real arcade. Also horis tend to be more loose then X-arcades, which are a tad bit stiffer. I say go for it, this is a really good deal. Built hard, and doesn't break, but the stick does wear down with age. Something that can't be avoided.
  16. I have a single player one I won at a LAN. Very badass, but I prefer using Hori sticks, and I'm very lazy(read: parents don't like me buying online) to buy a PS2 hook up. DC hook up is the only one I have besides the standard PC. Only draw back imo is that feel isn't as loose to some cabs that come with age usually. Also, it's huge, so make sure you got the space to play it, even the one player one is huge, about almost half the size of that.
  17. HK made a ID movie. I'd like to avoid the series and everything related to it to be shot. Except the games, the games are mad fun.
