Modchips void your warrenty, also some games that are "aquired" might not work, while imports will work (from my experience with a Magic+). NGBC is set to come out on PS2 on 12/22 in Japan and Xbox 360 in North America a few months afterwards. Both are scedualed with Online (PS2 Japan only & Xbox Live in North America)

The only way the SCEA will release these games on the PS2 is if their bundled together. Which means, all KOFs but Neowave will come out on it, NBC & Tenka won't be.

SNK PS2 games are never coming out for PS2 in North America. Proof: All SNK games coming out in North America are going to Xbox

Gameplay wise. SSVSP is the way to go due to SSV's godly effect on characters that like to fly around or SOMEHOW bring 2 swords from the ground at alarming speeds.

In short, it's like emulating 4 CPUs if you have Dual Core. Same applies too AMD's Hyper Transport. Same sheit, different name.

So can the DS with it's touch screen. But you know, Sony beat them to it by releaseing UMD PRON!

I was watching that demonstration of the controller and it had a guy using it for a shooting game. Microsoft Game Studios and Epic Games have released a godly 720dpi trailer of their game Gears of War, originally shown at X05. Weighing at over 100 megs, you'll need a good machine to watch. Well, it's coming to the PS2 in January, and SNKP has stated that it's going to have "additional characters not in the arcade." Given that the existing game has every single 2D arcade SS character already, that narrows the field a bit. Asura and Shiki are the obvious choices, since they already have sprites done for SvC/NGBC. I have a sneaking suspicion that Reon may make it in... and it'd be nice to see her in a full, playable form. I wouldn't lay odds on Hanma or Taizan, or any of the Warriors' Rage 2 characters (though I wouldn't mind Seishiro, Tohma or Jushiro). I hadn't heard that. Shiki's SVC sprite wouldn't look *too* out of place or out of proportion, I guess. I've seen pics of Asura in NGBC, but no screen-caps to get a very good look at his sprites. I hope this thing gets a NA release, at the very least. Seeing they've released so many other games recently, I can't imagine it won't show up eventually. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Asura and Shiki would require redrawn completely because the "KOF" style and the "SS" style are both VERY different when you compare them, it just doesn't look propertional. Also SSTenka is suppose to celebrate all the 2D Samurai Spirits. They excluded the 64 versions for a few reasons (one being not alot of people know it). Most likely the extra characters would be Poppy, Kuruko, maybe even Hazuki, Generic Iai Ninjas & Samurais to make things complete.

SNKP right now is boarder lining doujin company, the next thing you know, they gonna release THAT kind of dating sim if you know what I mean.

There are over 300 pokemon confirmed to be in the game. The game is set to be released 11/17 of this year in blue and red varities.
