Not really. TMPG DVD Author is by far much better for a DVD making + burning program. All thats needed is to re-encode the video to MPEG-2, load up TMPG DVD Author and just burn. You can make a menu if you want to be fancy.

You using an old school PSX system, I use a PS Hackeri got at a flea market and it hasn't failed me a whole lot (only when I need to change discs). It's a good one but if you plan on playing games with multiple discs, it ain't for you.

I'd also go with the PSX version. The differences between all of them is Chameleon and Khameleon and MK2 Characters and cheat codes.
