I wasn't a big fan of the SP because of the design (vertical) but liked it because of the backlight. Now with this, I get best of both worlds.

Well, from a source, almost all of the stuff shown that will be shown on the floor and in Sony's presentation was just video. The few execptions (such as the hands on ones) are debatable.

They'll either be really comfortable and odd or....the other way around. On the side ntoe, the PS3's motto should be "the Decade of the boomerang."
