I recently played the game (or a week or 2 ago) and I found the controls to be a pain. Other then the game ISN'T FRIKING 2D (3D Mesh and skeleton models with 2D sprites on them isn't considered 2D imo) and has some nice animations (Read: Garnet's chest) are animated very nicely, the controls and the character roster is pretty sad.

No one knows who actually won the SF2 tournement. The two main characters who could of won is either Chun-Li or Guile, but more evidence supports Chun-Li was the one who took down Shawdolaw and won the SF2 tourney.(Urein's quote against Chun-Li in 3S "I want to see those legendary legs that took out that "orginization").

The problem with WMP9's Audio CD burner is that it changes the MP3(or WAV file) to WMA that is a lower quality and then burns it. Which makes it sound really bad. Nero's Audio CD Maker is much better imo. Because it does the old way of make cdda tracks (Source) -> WAV -> CDDA which sounds MUCH MUCH better then WMP9's way.

HP and LG Eletronic DVD Writers are good in my book, both of them have never given me any problems. An OEM LG Electronic DVD-RAM/+/-R Writer GSA4081B I bought was only 115 CAD, which should be about 90 bucks USD. As for my HP one, that came with my sister's computer. But it only supports +R burning.

Well, their weak compared to everyone else. As for the SFA/Z Series, SFA 1 doesn't count because it doesn't have a story, just epoluges for characters. Rose, Cammy and Ryu would be the main heros of the SFA series. Since Rose is the lighter side of Vega/Bison (Vega soul split into two parts, the lighter side would be Rose, Vega is the darker side), she is a few bits weaker then Vega.

Between the 9800 PRO 128 and 256 there is a slight advantage with the 256mb version. If you're cheap 128 if you're not cheap 256, but if the 256 is on sale, take it!

I'm doing this on the top of my head so bare with me. God Tier - God or God-Like Gill - God like powers, obviously makes him the strongest. Gouki & Oro - Both have equal strength and power. Oro even binded his arm so he can give people a fighting chance, and being pretty friking strong for a 150 Year old. Vega (M.Bison in the U.S.) (SFA version) - This is the SFA version, which is much stronger then the SFII version. "Inhuman" tier - More Human then Human, those who posses more power then the avarage human. Gen - He's dead now, but in SFA he is by far one of the strongest characters, this was when Gouki was just about as strong as Gen. Ryu - Number one here for various reasons. I just don't know them. Q - He's a wild card, he's obviously very stronger storyline wise. Urien - The way he can use Thunder and Earth as his powers is amazing, and being covered in Iron helps too Chun-Li - The Supposed strongest women in the world Ken - He's weaker then Ryu storyline wise in since Third Strike. Rose - Shes here, why? I don't know. Vega (M.Bison) - SFII Version, newer body, weaker then the last one Alex - Taking a Shoryken and still lost to Ryu. Hugo - Taking a Shoryken and a Hadoken from Ryu and still stand is amazing feat.
