In MVS mode, just setup a key to open it in the Test Menu. I think default is f1 for kawaks.

I just got it to work in MVS mode All I did was set kawaks to mvs mode. Easy as that Sounds are all messed up ruining it for me.

The AES version is completely different from the MVS version. They aren't the same. Their not even KOF same either where censoring was a code. They locked the blood levels to 3 and fatalities off in the old versions before the recall and they still keep it locked at level 3 but with fatalties on the newer carts, but you can't decapitate anyone. Until then. This is the AES version of the game and not the full uncensored MVS version. So us Neo-Geo romset collectors are gonna wait a while till the MVS version is dumped.

Well it is a Cease and Desist order. Which means you must stop all progress of the project at all costs. They could keep releasing pictures and vids, but that would be the only thing they can do. They can't release the source to the whole game, but possibly to the engine.

This is technically legal since it isn't being commercialized. But their isn't no EULA to this game per-se. If all things were like this, we wouldn't be seeing total conversions or remake mods for games.

For that, google up a sound syncing tutorial and you need virtual dub to fix it.
