The newer 939/940 pins CPUs, which will replace the current 754 pins, does not support the Dual DDR Feature. Which truely blows, but it was cheaper for me to buy. I own the 754 pins 3200+ Athlon 64, which doesn't take the Dual DDR feature, thus rendering my 1GB of DDR400 useless. But the difference between the 754 and 939 isn't that big.

Best experience is from Nightmare, but you can only get it by beating the game once or changing a few files around.

OrangeSmoothie(the people who made Quake 3 OSP, which kicks ass) is in the planning stages of OSP. It will include balances, lighter skins, and possibly more maps. Seriously though, if you ask me, wait until Quake 4 for MP, Doom 3 to me, is completely for the Single Player Expenerience. Although playing this game on LAN kicks so much ass.

What I say about the mod pack: Co-op mode: Buggy as hell, we only got it working once. Every other time it just crashed. 32 Man server: Works like a charm. Seen some online servers with it Ultra Extreme Quality: Slows my comp hardcore :\ Gore: No idea what the hell it did. RocketDM: Fun as hell, reminds me of the old Rocket Arena mod for Q2/3 Fightclub: I find it a useless mod and it didn't work for us Chainsaws Only DM: Fun, but it only worked once. Something we didn't know was everyone needs these mods and theirs no way to download them while entering a server with them, execpt for the 32Man Server mod, that requires no downloading at all.
