It's a card that has it's own bios thats lets you add more harddrives and harddrives with over 137GB.

This could be a bios problem since some can't read harddrives over 137GB. I suggest you get a EIDE card.

SNK Upscanned the sprites and backgrounds(which may or may not be good, telling from other SNK ports, Dreamcast KOF2k2 & 99Evolution is still the best looking). And the AST must be great, i'm trying to order that And this is the japanese version, because i'm expecting the U.S. version to HAVE NO STORY WHAT SO EVER. But that might change. Anyways, if the U.S. version sucks, might as well warez it.

Uh, why would they match? it would be inconsistant and strange. the LA Vocal's album isn't that great to me, possibly because of the vocals them selves. Even though I think the lead singer is the guy from Or.gy(damn censores). As for Isuka's soundtrack, Daisuke is trying a more "trashier" guitar for the songs now. As for people not liking it, because alot of people(and I do mean alot, because this game matters more in the Japanese market then it does anywhere else) is because people wanted a step forward with the GG universe. Storyline and gameplay wise, it's practically a step down from GGXX to them(i mean going back to press both slashes for Dusting? Come on), and the art to me is medicore, not like XX/XX#reload or X.
