I listen to Rock too (God DAMN do I love Q.O.T.S.A.!!!), but Punk is just so much more... angry. I listen to mostly Cerebral Punk, which are bands like Bad Religion, Rise Against, Pennywise. I don't like punk either nor any ranchera, but I do think ppl who are mexicans, or latin whatever need to hear the song "Los Tres Animales" at least once in their life knowing the meaning of the song It depends on who you listen to that defines punk. To me, punk is Bad Religion, The Misfits, old U2, before Radiohead went big (check their EP's), The Ramones, groups like those is what the defination of Punk is.

I'm sure he meant FFXII. But I don't think it will be the last in the FF series....on the PS2, maybe. Just because it's the FINAL Fantasy, doesn't mean Square can't make other games... They could continue their Romancing Saga series, as long as they made it suck less. Saga Frontier was good, what they were on when they made Unlimited Saga is beyond me. Maybe they could make/remake/continue a good Strategy RPG as well, I'd buy that. It's because FF is one of their most sucessful series that I know about. I want a new Chrono game, a new Valkairy game (Enix), a friking good Dragon Warrior one. Am I gonna get it? No. And I said something about FF teams being mixed from past titles and games to keep it fresh. Technology wise, I can't wait for FFXII because of the low poly models their using in the world. Saga Frontier was good (Although UF is mixed to me), and so was Front Mission (Distintivly, I think FM3 is the best one). Will they get sequels? I hope so, proper ones. I'm sick of remakes for the past 2 years.

Devs in Japan do that all the time, it's like normal O.o And Epic did that when they were tweaking and remaking UT2k4. Hmm. Well; Alternative Rock - This is what I mostly listen too. I listen to this because of groups like Rage Against The Machine (for their Metal-Rock-Rap fusion), Tool/A Perfect Circle (Maynard's Angelic and Devilish voice in songs), Nightwish (Rock with Opera soprano), certain Radiohead albums/songs (Creep, Paranoid Android), Lightstones (Metal-Rap Fusion, like rage), Cake (This guy rules) for their style of Rock. Alternative - When stuff is just made with computers and electronic instruments. A song like Idiotque (The one everyone was bitching at when I played it on the shoucast), artisticly, it works, looked at lyrically, it doesn't. Alternative I like because it's calmness at times (Sarah McLachlan and The Barenaked Ladies are good examples). Hip-Hop - Not whats being play today, I mean stuff like Afrika Bambataa, Soul Sonic Force, Public-Enemy, N.W.A., DJ Shadow at times, Beastie Boys, Cypress Hill. Lyrics and music hit me hard and the beats stay in my head. Progressive/Industrial Rock - Oh dear, I don't know how to explain this one. But good examples are Fear Factory (when their not being metal), Kashmir, Asian Dub Foundation. This stuff I just like for what they put out. Metal/Nu-Metal - I only like a handful of metal bands. I prefer ones that you know, actually sing then screaming. Groups like Dream Theater, Archenemy, In Flames, System of a Down, Fear Factory (when they are metal) can give me insparation to do stuff. Like fighting the power! I'm like Antiwinner basically, I like everything but Country. For the record Sarah McLachlan ISN'T COUNTRY! OST stands for Original SoundTrax or Sound Tracks.
