Normal FBA has no frame delay. Other builds of FBA (nFBA, EnFBA) have a 1 to 2 frame delay (depending on build). I believe Kawaks has a 1 Frame delay also, but Kaillera (normal) adds frame delay depending on the connections of the users (More delay added for higher ping). Also certain FBA builds now suppport CPS3, so MAME can take a hike!

MAME has 3 input frame delay, that's why it now sucks!

The program hogs alot of resource because it's pretty intensive system wise. Some games just require heaftier systems then others. Your runtime error hit up this on MS database http://support.microsoft.com/kb/259279 You might have a virus.

No one knows which type of Type X it's running on. What's it running INSIDE of it since it's upgradable. Similarly to why no one knows the official specs for SF4 since they could be maxing out for all we know. Since both X and X+ are upgradable per game, ???? is wtf inside.

I'm occasionally online play A2 or VS. I tried playing A3 with my X-Mika and V-Karin and got owned very very badly. I also tried 98, the chinese kicked my ass with OCV skills.

It's official. No kit release (as of yet). My assumed price of 20,000~ was right. It's 23,000 USD for FOUR cabinets. Costing about $7000~ a piece. CAPCOM and Taito aren't offering a kit for owners, which leads to believe it's using different X2 specs then the other games. Also, SF4 will only come out in sets of FOUR P1 CABINETS only. Import only as well, as both CAPCOM and Taito don't have World Wide nor American distributions for SF4 and the Viewlix cabs. They are only offering FOUR 1P cabs that are all for connectable LAN setup, with 6 Button harness. KOF98UM however, will be sold with either 2P Viewlix and Kit. Which is lead to believe that it also uses a different specs for it's X2. Type X2s aren't user upgradable due to warrenty issues. So if you want a game, have to make sure it's compatible with your X2 for it too work or else your out of luck.

Making something that's hard to do with a great pay off into something that's easy to do and still has a great pay off has removed a few things that made Deadly Rave so great. It's flexibility as a combo starter and it's damage. Making it an auto combo, combined with ease of doing it, high damage and decent start up can lead to very disasterious things. As such, it is no longer a high risk super/high reward super to use, just an No Risk/High Reward super. Similarly to Chun-Li's Hyoukousen. No risk/High Reward. Taito Type X^2 I believe. One of the Type X systems.

Bingo. All their doing other then rebalancing and changing music is removing all the old art assets and replacing them with new ones. inksauce is right, adding frames changes gameplay and timing. Since the remix portion of the game and some possible new moves (such as the faux hado) already use existing animations in game and no extra frame adding or subtracting required.

Twiggy, BM or Wiz. Everyone calls me one of these 3. No one calls me by my real name, unless they want my full attention. Even though they've known me for years (most of them since primary school). Like how we call a friend of mine "Sage." Even though I've known him for 4 years and know his real name, I (and everyone else around him that isn't his family) still call him Sage. Although recently, I've been called Nana or Nanaya, because I stay in MBAC all day. About 4 of my friends actually know what it means and when they call that out, it gets a few looks in public that I have that nickname. Then theres someone who I occsasionally call Kiki. Another whom I call Kojiro (whose real name is someone in this thread, since I know about 12 people named it). I call someone by their last name, it's pretty funny, his last name is Watt. So we just say that instead of his real name (4 people have the same name in my D&D group makes me call nearly all of them by their last names).
