It's great that you guyz like it and everything but there is just 1 problem and thats that HE'S NOT BUYING IT FOR THE DAMN COMPTER! So yeah, even though IT'S GREAT FOR THE DAMN COMPUTER! IT'S NOT GREAT FOR THE CONSOLE! I have this game on the xbox and it blows, the aiming is horrible and flock and especially when jumping. The graphics are good and what not but the game does kinda sux unless you have a keyboard and mouse, ya heard?! That makes sense - oh sorry, should I have said THAT MAKES SENSE!!?

Well, it looks like I'll be able to play it on my new PC, but by no means at the highest gfx quality Oh well, what the hey, I'm sure it'll look good even on the lowest quality!

That's true actually, it was pretty short. And I haven't been tempted to play it again after finishing it either.

i don't see why max payne 2 was so unpopular. I have it - albeit for the PC - and it's an awesome game. The graphics are amazing, yet designed so there's no slowdown on the less powerful gfx cards (I'm assuming as I can play it full speed with full gfx). The gameplay is...pretty much exactly like Max Payne 1, but seeing as that was a good game too that isn't a bad thing.

firefox has integrated popup blocking. I even have an extention that makes user-initiated popups (ie separate download screens/flash windows etc) open in a new tab, rather than a new window. It's not 100% accurate, but it does a pretty decent job.

That was pretty funny, but it was a rather short (and easy) game.

you'll probably have to install flash - or install it for firefox anyway.

IF they're showing off the ps3 next may, I doubt it will take them till 2007 to release the thing.

Absolutely - firefox is 9000% better than ie. There are SOME pages that won't load in firefox - for a start it has no activex support, which is actually a good thing, because 97% of all spyware gets transmitted through activex scripts; also some other pages won't load. But that's fine - just get the extention that will give you a "open link in ie" option on the right-click menu, and you've got no problems!

I myself have a couple of "beatemup" style chars for mugen - for example I have Mad Gear - the mad gear just keep respawning until the top health bar is depleted (they all have their own health-bars as well). I also have the Caddilac from "cadillacs and dinosaurs" but that one's just annoying. So it would be possible, but mugen IS meant for making 2d fighters though.

Spysweeper is all I need. It does a better job than spybot and adaware combined imo. Also, since I switched to firefox I'm hardly getting any spyware anyway.

Do you even know what a monopoly is? It's when a company buys out it's competition. Is Sony buying out it's competition? And if Sony does intend on going on to PCs, I wouldn't mind, as long as they produce quality products. Not exactly. It's more like when a company has a stranglehold over their market - this can include buying out the competition OR for example doing what M$ is doing to attempt to ensure they have dominance over their market (in terms of the OS end, etc...) - for example ensuring that you need internet explorer to do a windows update (I was going to uninstall it after I got firefox but I can't now). Read this if you'd like http://www.albion.com/microsoft/ It details the courtcase m$ recently lost because of their monopoly and the actions they take to ensure this monopoly. You will see that while there were a lot of charges, the charges didn't include buying out the competition.

That's probably the best song they've done in a while. I love their albums "the unfinished galleon of findlay lake" and "Ivy and the big apples" but I didn't so much like grandstand. Oh well, at least it continues the tradition of every spiderbait album being different.

yeah that's a good point - sony seems to be in a hurry to release their console first - but does that mean it will be the least powerful? Most likely. Sony wants to control our media before it moves on to the PCs! DEVELOPING CPUS FOR HOME PCS! OMG! MAKE IT STOP ;_;... I mean...Their turing into a monoply. Oh well - the PC industry has problems with "monopolies" so throwing another monopoly into the mix could only be a good thing.
