Well, you can get it from Home of the Underdogs. Almost up-to-par with some LucasArts titles in the humor department, IMO. I don't know if you still can, and besides that version had the speech files cut out of it. I have the version with full speech included - I'd give it to everyone but I have limited bandwidth. Maybe I could send it to someone with a website so they could host it?

why is c*nt not censored but f*ck is?

Has anyone played the game? It's really quite a well designed (and funny) adventure game.

You're kidding right? Mr Lars "I'll sue anything that moves" Ulrich? Supporting bootlegging? I really doubt it. They support bootlegging of Live shows. I kid you not. Damn hypocrites.

I know some people are duckman fans here, so they should like my new avatar - its from a screen capture of the Duckman PC game. I hope it's considered appropriate - it should be as there's no actual nudity right?

Nice work - especially the Maxx one. Do you make mugen chars? Playing as the maxx in mugen would be frigging awesome!

Because it went off topic I think. Perhaps...but usually someone at least posts to tell us WHY a thread gets closed

"The First Ever Emulation Radio Talk Show!"
random guy replied to Alpha's topic in 1Emulation.com Information [/info]
So...are you going to do the interviews we talked about? -
Maybe you should talk about how threads seem to be closing magically without any inappropriateness. I mean, I can kind of understand Emsley's thread if it had dirty pictures (never got to see it) - but what the hell happened to the 'I have a headache" thread? It seems to have been closed without warning OR any posts from any admin. WTF?????

ALL the kids in America talk like that. Y'know, my parent's caught my brother smoking? He's 8. I know too many people who started smoking....other substances than tobacco...at the age of 12 / 13 etc... Stop him now before he goes down that path. As for me I didn't smoke my first cigarette until I was 16 and THAT's only because I was drunk and wanted to see what it was like. Do you still smoke? nah, I never really took it up. Because I never got peer-pressured when I was younger than 16, and when I was 16 I chose for myself to try one. And I didn't really like it (didn't see the point), so I didn't take up smoking.

As for those 'evil eyes', I have already been 'rumbled' in the irc room I'm watching yoo Relax, buddy, we were just messing with you! No kidding, it freaks me out!

After having played ALOT of fps's I'd have to say that Duke3D is still my favourite. Probably followed then by Half-Life and UT (perhaps soon to be replaced by UT2K4, but I haven't played it enough yet). The Unreal series is a curiousity. The first one looked AWESOME and I spent a fair while playing it, but then I just lost interest - something about the gameplay wasn't 'grabby' enough. I've also played Unreal 2 - again, graphically amazing, but I just didn't want to play it anymore after the second game. And yet, every UT game I've played has been instantly addictive, perhaps because the pace is like 3 times as fast as the Unreal series. And I didn't even LIKE tournament games until I played the original UT.

What?! You couldn't include my name in your "list to annoy"? You know I probably hate you the most around here but you're just to big a jerk to include me in anything. Be'otch! Yeah this thing is old, they gave a thing about that on the discovery channel a few years ago, did you read about the part about the whistle that came as a toy in the captain crunch cereal box? p.s. you're a geek. Well, that's kind of upsetting . I mean, we've had our differences, but I wouldn't say I hate you, I just disagree with your views on some things. That doesn't mean we can't be friends, or at least not enemies. And anyway, the people up there I mentioned were the people I was talking to about this on the mIRC room - and they were telling me to shut up and who cares and stuff. THAT'S why I said I wrote this topic to annoy them, because I'd already attempted to explain this to them (and they showed absolutely no interest whatsoever).

Dude, Your Ipod Is Worth A $100 At Dell!
random guy replied to Alpha's topic in Gossip Café [/offtopic]
And then this poster was designed as a protest I'm guessing: -
I buy colorados, but sneaker-style colorados - and the cheapest pair I can find of them, which with the pair I just bought recently, was $60 (about $40 US).

for those of you that love the saturn controller
random guy replied to Prican25's topic in Gossip Café [/offtopic]
Hmm...I might get that for my Dreamcast controllers. I'll be needing it for GGXX #Reload. Just know that the analogue support for the DC pad is not good at all, the d-pad and buttons work fine, but the analogue stick and triggers don't. Then it doesn't really work perfectly then -

Well, Apples aree popular among a wide range of graphic designers. And Hollywood, in most movies you see Macs not PCs. hmmm...and that infamous RIAA poster involving MP3s and communism. http://koti.welho.com/ahesso/Pics/Mp3commie.jpg He he...that is now my new wallpaper! -
Looks pretty good But then again, I don't know how the numerical system works on geforce cards (I have a vague idea which radeon card follows which in which numerical order) - but ive heard that card is pretty nice and new though.

First of all, Ive made this topic purely for my own amusement - because its 8 AM and I've been up since 6 after only getting 4 hours sleep, and I'm annoyed but can't sleep, so I need something to occupy myself, and this is it. I also made this topic because when I tried to explain this in the mIRC room I got called a geek, and thought that was funny, so this topic is also to annoy k'dash, weirdzangiege, disoblige, ash and taratata. Lately because I've been on holidays and my time's been my own, I've been reading up about the origin of hackers and stuff like that. Mainly i've been interested in "phone phreaking" which was the process of getting free calls. Before you get excited, this wouldn't work these days, unless your local phone company still uses technology from 20 years ago. So, yeah, I'm going to expain how that process worked. Okay, to explain how this process worked, I need to first explain how the phones used to work. Basically, the entire world used to be (well still is but they use different technology now) filled with relay stations which connect one user to another by dialing the tones that were used when the numbers were dialed. So, if I wanted to call from point a to point b, [point a]-[relay station]-------[relay station]-[point b] The relay station near my end would take the numbers i dialed in and send them to the relay station near point b's end, which would then connect me to point b. Now, the way these relay stations used to communicate was by sending out a tone that was exactly 2600 cycles per second. This was to let other relay stations know that it was open for business, and ready to service user requests. When they were connected, the tone would stop sounding, signalling that they were in use. But when the phone lines were first installed, the phone company made a fatal flaw - to save money they made it so that these relay stations sent and recieved signals on the same frequency. What this meant was that people could exploit the system - and here is how. [point a]-[RS]-------[freecall number{point C}/RS]-------[RS]-[point B] The way a phone phreak would make a free call was to first dial a freecall (800) number. The relay station responsible for forwarding the freecall numbers would stop signalling at 2600rps and be silent, waiting to accept the number. BUT, before the number could be sent, the phone phreak would send out his OWN 2600rps signal, which fooled relay point C into thinking the caller had hung up. But as soon as the 2600rps tone stopped, the machine thought that it must have a NEW customer, and faithfully waited for the new number. Then phone phreaks would use their "blue boxes" (which were used to imitate the tones the phones used to send out to relay stations when numbers were dialed) to input the correct codes for the number at point B, and the phone at point B would ring. However, because there was only one phone call registered at point a, and it was a freecall number which, naturally, didn't show up on the bill, a call to anywhere in the world could be made for free! IF you want to read more about this, this site is a good place to start http://www.webcrunchers.com/crunch/. It's a site full of the personal experiences of the man credited for designing the first blue box, AND figuring out that a whistle given away for free in the "captain crunch" cereal made the perfect 2600rps tone to be used in phone phreaking (hence the nickname).

Oh yeah? We used to have a WANG. Now how old is THAT?

Strange... your processor and the amount of your RAM should be plenty enough to play divx and that kind of stuff... maybe the problem comes from somewhere else. Maybe you could try looking in the task manager what is using your processor's time? Or use VLC to read your films (I doubt it would change anything, but it uses its own codecs, so who knows). Same for you Maybe his computer suits him, or he doesn't have enough money to buy another one, or maybe he's too lazy to go buy one, or maybe he's some kind of masochist, or maybe he's tied to his computer with handcuffs, or maybe he had a holy vision telling him to keep his computer, or maybe... There can be many reasons Actually, I was having trouble watching movies on my old pc (intel 733mhz, 256 megs of sdram, nvidia TNT2) - DVDs were always blurry whenever movement happened, wmvs and stuff would pause for a second every minute or so because the processor couldn't work up, and divx...okay divx worked fine but it took AGES to load). Of course I have none of those problems now I have a 2.8ghz Celeron with 512k ddram, and Radeon 9200se (128mb version).

Awesome! Its interesting that that article was interspaced between some industry leech bitching about how this will impact on film sales (causes "untold hardship"? What the hell do those movie industry FAT CATS know about hardship? Oh boo hoo, now it looks like I'll only be able to afford ONE gold-plated ferarri! Oh, the hardship! The hardship!" Grrrr...) and yet Michael Moore AND Quentin Tarantino, two VERY successful movie makers, said they don't have a problem with file-sharing. Reading between the lines, that person't statement went like this, "blah blah blah...I'm greedy...blah blah...only ONE gold plated ferarri! blah blah blah...won't be able to throw around thousand dollar bills at strip clubs any more...blah". BASTARD.

Yeah, I must admit I was a big Michael Jackson fan back in the eighties. I still sing along to his 'classic' songs when I hear them - such as Thriller, Billy Jean, dangerous, etc... But the thing is, he's a hypocrite, cause he wrote a song in which the lyrics went, 'If you wanna be my lover it don't matter if you're black or white', but he changed himself FROM black TO white, so yeah...
