Good thing it's just an opinion CUZ IT AINT MUCH BUT THAT! Iori beat Ryu? Come now, Iori can't even beat Kyo. There's no way a 1st runner up can beat the posterboy of a series. Perhaps u should say 'Kyo would beat the crap out of Ryu,' that would be more justifiable. But too bad Kyo is garbage... which is just my opinion.

Well ya, but that also applies to say a weak Lion would lose to a Bengal Tiger, or a weak bear would lose to a Lion. Each animal does have it's own strengths n weaknesses, but that doesn't mean each animal is equal because of their respective amounts of strengths/weaknesses. That is to say, it doesn't mean all animals r balanced one way or another for that reason. Any normal Lion would probably lose to any normal Siberian Tiger because it isn't a fair comparison, just like the Elephant n Rhino. The same applies to this one, because a Polar Bear is much larger than a Grizzly Bear, the outcome is somewhat obvious I think. Although Grizzlies r known for being really aggressive, still... u get my point.

Ya, in some ways it is BS, but some of the matches r realistic because they happen. Like the Elephant vs. Rhino, that happens in the wild often n typically the Rhino doesn't stand a real chance against an Elephant, but they did the match anyway because it's one that's talked about a lot of the time. The same thing with a Lion vs. Tiger, except it doesn't happen often in nature. So the 'winner' of this one is purely guessing. Just like the Salt Water Croc vs. Great White Shark. Like Gryphon said tho, pitting a Lion against a Siberian Tiger the winner would be obvious, because the Siberian Tiger is way too strong for a Lion.

Well it's a good thing Capcom didn't actually MAKE the EX games. So I hope u don't hate Capcom for that. What I like about this game, is that it's 1v1. No more teams.

Other video games most likely ( k9999 for example ) Ya well, K9999 was a tribute to Akira, n for what he was (an artificial person or something right?) he looked to fit the part somewhat well. But these guys in KoF:MI, they're from Germany... but gangsters in southtown, n they dress like Professional Wrestlers. Pretty weird i'd say.

They make mechanical duplicates of each animal n test the attributes of both, studying each animals strengths n weaknesses. Then at the end they have a simulated match with cg based on what they studied.

I don't think that's gonna happen. Their matches r usually naturally possible ones, like animals who share territories n can actually encounter. Although... a Hippo n a Bull Shark I don't know what habitat they share, but I know the Bull Shark can go in fresh water. Maybe they'll meet at a river that joins the ocean or something. They're going to have a Grizzly vs. Tiger too, which again I don't know what habitat they both share. Anyway, they're gonna have a Lion vs. Croc, which has happened in the wild. Only way a Tiger vs. Croc could happen is with a Tiger vs. a Ghariel, which is a type of crocodilian reptile. It lives in India n has a really thin n long mouth. But it doesn't seem very tough compared to a croc. Ghariel's only eat fish afterall.

This topic is related to an actual show on the discovery channel, so a poll with that stupid choice has nothing to do with the outcome. The shark won, I watched it. Oh so this was an actual documentary.....Who won...The Lion or the Tiger???? I thought this was just another "My "Insert Whatever Here" Is better than yours" Thread.... Well, my first post tells who won. The Lion won. While the Tiger was larger n stronger it lost because the Lion's behavior being a 'fighter' in it's environment, compared to a tiger who lives in solitude n tries to avoid conflict, suggested it would win because it was better at fighting. Which would make sense to me if they showed the Tiger backing off during the fight, but u know the hype of television they had to have a kill. And just because the Lion was supposedly a 'better fighter' they showed it killing the Tiger. But again, the way they showed the Lion winning could've just as easily been the other way around, it was a fluke win the way they depicted it. Anyway, it's an actual show. Next Sunday it's the Hippo vs. Bull Shark. Check it out here.

Yes, n it's convenient they don't match up the Lion with the Siberian Tiger which is the largest cat of any known species both extinct n alive, weighing nearly 700 lbs. It would smack that Lion around easy.
