Not sure which one of these moves makes him transform either . very confusing.

Hello all, I am having a problem with the character Insane Hiryu. I can't figure out how to make him transform in the game into thunder insane hiryu. I tried all the moves on the move list but can't figure out how to do it. Does anyone know what I am talking about?
