last night I watched: Fearless: 4/5 badass, reminded me of the old 70's kung fu movies. Indiana Jones, Chrystal Skull: 2.5/5 just bad all around Dream a little dream: 3.5/5 not as good as I remembered it. still have the ruins and [REC] sitting on the hard drive, waiting to watch them later in the week.

I went to the horse races yesterday. 8 races and I didn't win nothin... but it was a fun day.

skate sucked me back in. also the experiment on PC. its a strange concept, you are watching another person on security cameras and have to help her in a standard adventure. your view is much like a pc desktop. but you cant control her or talk to her, just turn on lights and open doors to get her attention. it's a novel idea, not quite 100% polished.

cuz they just keep heaping on more code and drivers and what not. its like a giant house of cards now.

working for a year first will only lead to working forever and sometime later trying to work and go to school at night or whatever. Go to school now, while the opportunity is there. you can change your major later if need be. you need to start now while school habits are still ingrained in your everyday life. the longer you are away from school the harder it is to go back. and working sucks anyways so might as well put it off for as long as possible right major in something with a wide area for now, something that is needed in lots of job fields, then you can switch it with something else next year or the year after.

is it a complex motion, everything i've seen in SCIV is basic one direction+button type motions and the odd qcf or qcb type.

Of cos, i expect you to kick my ass with your Hori stick :/ I find the EX2 not well suited to SCIV. I do better on the regular controller with that game for some reason.

didn't watch the vid yet but He's been saying 360 is better since the beginning. so no surprise there. what really boggles the mind is Carmack claims the iphone is a more powerful handheld gaming platform then the PSP and DS combined.

I never play spell heavy characters either. straight bashers or stealthy types. I do use heal and the night vision type spells,

before you finish the mage guild you can buy spells from some shop owners, it will be a little icon at the lower left.

did you figure out how to buy new spells LSD?

when I flashed my drive I tweaked the pots, never had a dirty disc error since. mine is a near launch samsung.

weapons based fighters aren't my favorite. and button push blockers aren't my favorite either. I can see how SCIV is a great game its just not my cup of tea. its fun in short bursts for me.

err. no one complains about WoW or whatever charging you 10 to 15 bucks a month for service. in what amounts to a graphical chat room. live is 50 bucks a year, most of us spend more then that on starbucks in a month. 50 bucks a year for mostly stable online play, messaging, voicechat, download services, ect. isn't much at all. imagine the bandwith MS goes through just hosting all those demos and xbla games. not to mention the movies, and tv shows.

I get that one sometimes. I just go down to the tray icon where is says "open tray" and click it. that usually gets it to register as closed and start reading the disc. the thing that annoys me more is sometimes when I open the tray to change games before I can get one game out and another in the tray will close by itself.

playing the hell out of SCIV. but I feel the urge to put it down soon.... still need to get back to the shivering isles.

I liked the last one, kinda like baulders gate but superheros instead of D&D stereo types.
