I was in the comic cartoon straight to dvd mood. so: Justice League: The New Frontier concentrated on flash and green lantern. 3.5/5 I liked the neo-40s art style.

I'm thinking about modding mine by moving the buttons to a more sensible layout. it should be pretty easy, just need to lengthen some wires.

I just play the damn game, when I get sick of it so be it. I see no reason to limit my plays for some artificial arcade feel. I leave the difficulty on the factory settings.

now that sp1 is out and most hardware is working correctly I like vista just fine. windows 7 is at least 3 to 4 years out anyways.

all this D3 talk has me itching for some D2. I wonder if it runs on vista..... and if I can play online with out a disc...

which one is the one that never existed, thats my favorite. I've played through the FFIII (us) FFVII, FFIX, & FFX none of them were the hype machines they are made out to be, especially FFX.

its GG:x2 1200 points is a bit steep though. I have it but I had a bunch of points burning a hole in my pocket. soul caliber is a direct port of the DC version. supposed to be 800 points.

lol the beginning of that vid reminds me of the karate kid. Machida is a great fighter, but I find his fights a little boring, prolly because he is so good that he rarely gets hit or engages in brawls. heheh. the end of that vid also reminds me, why the hell has Tito gone away from the ground and pound? thats his bread and butter but he has avoided it his last few fights (all losses, coincidence? I think not)

guilty gear on xbox originals, soul caliber is supposed to release on live with in the next few weeks. maybe as soon as this wednesday if the current trend of putting up a page on xbox.com one week before release of xbla games continues.

lets hope it doesn't have the same developmental cycle as Ghost.

the SSFIIHD beta has begun, Ken and Ryu are playable over Live and local multi. I still haven't gotten around to grabbing the commando III xbla game and I don't know if I will. but man I'd like to give this beta a try....

You know that is so strange sounding to me. we spent all those console generations behind arcade machines, always praying for "arcade perfect" conversions. consoles have come such a long way, while arcade hardware has really stagnated.

but don't you think Amir is gonna be in for a rude awakening when he faces a decent fighter? CB was all wrestle/ground and pound. with zero jitz defense. I just feel the caliber of fighter is way down this season. I actually like TUF when there are decent fighters with some personality.

I haven't played T6 but I don't think tekken and virtua fighter can really be compared. it's like comparing WWE to Olympic wrestling. one thing I've always liked about tekken is the control system though. it just makes sense to have a limb assigned to a single button.

I'd like your thoughts on this season of TUF. I felt all the fighters this season were pretty lame and there was no interesting personalities there was no Leben, or Grove this season. just a bunch of guys who weren't very good fighters.
