  1. so the boredom has got me and next friday (payday) I am gonna get a gba-sp, and a flash linker just to pass tyme while I am at work and such. problem is I haven't been following gba releases for quite some tyme, so list your 5 favorite gba games.
  2. isn't it the year of the cock?!
  3. Snatcher for sega-cd I am having fun with this one, made by kanomi, it's the prequil to policenots. lots of kanomi references in the game like your little robot sidekick is named metal gear. graphics consist of a static picture for each location. voice acting is exellent. story is awesome, but kinda a rip off of bladerunner, terminator, body snatchers, ect. at least they ripped off good stories!
  4. batista would win if he could catch the little guy. if the little dude could keep away from him batista would get tired out though. all Batista needs is one good closeline and the spinebuster to put silva or just about anyone) down for good though.
  5. I've finished the snes version of shadowrun prolly 20 tymes. I love it. I am starting the Gens version now so far getting used the the differences. maybe I'll set up a review after I finish it.
  6. the only problem with that is i don't have any friends with decent taste in music. i have a hard enough tyme finding my music on a p2p with 100,000 users
  7. have you tried www.gigex.com that is where i used to get most big game demos but i haven't d/led from there in a long tyme.
  8. everyone knows it's gonna be "super xbox entertainment system" (sxes for short) and every game sequel will be "super". like "super halo 3" and "super top spin 2k6" wait till you see the latest games using "mode 14"
  9. wow what a fiesty little thread! I'll admit I am unhappy about the launch price and it is now out of my spending limit for a handheld. that doesn't mean I won't get one. I may end up impulse buying one later down the road like I did with the PS2 and NGC. I'll prolly wait for the first price drop though.
  10. box cutter style is the second most fearsome martial arts style.
  11. I held no hope for any of these movies anyways........
  12. all the ones I have seen have a pc loaded up with roms in em, and they usually have a mouse stashed in em somewhere. as far as cost goes it would depend on the pc and moniter. if you already have a pc you could dedicate to this then it would be really cheap. just the price of wood and controls. last time I checked a sheet of plywood was around 8 bucks and I figure you'd need 3 sheets. 3x sheets plywood 24.00 controls 50.00 CHECK THIS OUT extras (screws, wire, hinges) 30.00 (estimated. might be more if you want lights, a markee, t-molding ect. but that stuff could be added later. so we are talking a bit over 100 dollars to get started if you have a pc and monitor for the project. if not then I'd say a 400 dollar pc would do the trick for mame and FBA. the main cost would come from a decent sized monitor. someone here has an xbox with emulators in his mame cab. that would bring the cost down since a 20 inch tv is alot cheaper then a 20 inch monitor.
  13. nope I haven't had homework in 12 years my breakdancing skills are top notch, I could win a dance battle with boogaloo shrimp it's a lonely post just me for 8 to 12 hours. no bums out there in the middle of nowhere. I would own one though, I might run across some illegal alians sometime. but they can be tough if there are more then 3 or 4 of em.
  14. windwaker is the only game I used the link feature on. I didn't think it was worth the hassle....
  15. that's really all I can say, I am night shift security at a group of 3 facilitys the government feels needs extra security after 9-11. I will say that if anything happened to these facilitys the south west US would be flocked.
  16. Is that a TV channel? I'm really lost when it comes to american channels, although I know the major ones. Or then it's a magazine. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> it's a tv show on PBS (public television) this dude makes funiture like they used to in the 1800's
  17. I recently started my new job and it consists of checking peoples ID's as they enter and exit a facility that is out in the middle of nowhere. so needless to say there isn't much traffic. so I need some boredom fighting tips. it has to be something that I can stop at a moments notice to do my duties. If I had a laptop or a psp I'd just play games all night but I don't I am not allowed to have a tv on post. so that is out. and I don't have any money to buy a book or two right now either.
  18. lol that would pwn. he would make it out of oak, with all the old school tools and fancy carved scrollwork on the sides.
  19. it's tough for me to get past the 3 hour point in any game. by then I feel like I need to stand up and stretch or something.
  20. I've thought about it. my brother in law and my father in law are carpenters so it would be pretty easy to get help and use thier saws and stuff. the main thing about a real arcade cab is I want the side graphics and inserts. from a street fighter cab.
