man you were just complaining that game company's weren't making any money due to sony and microsoft making "pretty games" you think downloading the games for free is putting money in thier pockets? yeah horror games are all about atmosphere. some thing lacking in the RE an newer SH games. that's why I think fatal frame is the scariest, play that one in the dark with the surround sound up....yikes

threads around here usually flow from one topic to the next. especially in a topic like this where there isn't any new news to report. it's either this, or fanboys professing thier love/hate for microsoft.

don't blame ms or sony for any money lost by capcom or any other company for that matter, they are big boys and know a game like cfj or isn't going to make much, as 2d fighters are a niche market. besides capcom has many game franchises that make boatloads of money, a new 2d fighter is a gift to us 2d fighting fans, not a money making venture and they know it.

I guess no one is playing games this last week. I am just taking a break from: Oddworld: strangers wrath so far it is pretty rad, a western hybrid 3rd person platformer / 1st person shooter with wacky ammo and that classic oddworld atmosphere. haven't run into any major puzzles yet tho so I dunno if that aspect is there yet. makes me want to play munch's oddessey.

well I didn't see the rock (dwayne johnson) in the cast listing so that must been a bogus wire. still sounds like crap to me tho.

well I heard the rock was going to star. and that they were butchering the story line, no set on mars, not demons from hell, ect ,ect

kawaX is dead so there will be no updates. fbaXXX is alive and kicking with updates coming out pretty often. although I am sure that will slow down now that everything for neo geo and cps 1/2 has been released.

yep nothing stays excusive for long. just look at resident evil. or the GTA series.

I have played 1, 3, and 4. never finished any of them though. in fact I hated 4 so much that I only played it for about an hour. I enjoyed 1 and 3 though, but they didn't scare me to much.

well if you guys would jump on the ntsc bandwagon it would cut down on the wait heheheh. or at least allow you to import from NTSC countries.
