I'm burning through Skate3's career mode fast.

Hit up Lizardlick.com and get yourself a Bat top and adapter. total cost will be around 10 bucks. Also if you are used to Happ and are now on a square gate that can be murder as well. an Octagonal gate will feel more like the 360 gate on a happ. My TE is modded with an octogan gate, bat top and 2 hole plugs on the lower arched buttons. so I have an amarican straight 6 button layout.

If you happen to find a place selling JTagged boxes then you don't have to worry about regions or any thing else for that matter. But considering you don't want a modded system just go for a PS3. They aren't hackable anyways

I didn't even bother with Ride. There is some stuff about Skate 3 that I Love and some that I am not crazy about right now. The fact that the Skate Reel and Park sharing is DLC is pissing me off. The areas seem to wide open. I guess that is so the Object dropper has plenty of room.

Skate 3 is DLing now! Alan Wake is pissing me off. enemies spawn behind you way to much. you'll be fighting some guys in front of you and bam! hit from behind with no warning. you can't even see the guy behind you while he's hitting you. I really want to finish it though because the story is cool.

update to LT and breath easy (er) why worry about a ban on a console that's never been on line anyways? you've basically banned it yourself already. anyways the way I see it is a modded console pays for itself after 3 or 4 games. MS only does mass bans once a year. ( right before the big christmas games it seems to me.) so after 3 bans and new consoles. I'm still in it for far less then someone who legit bought all the games I play in a year.

yeah Alan Wake is Xbox only. I like the way each chapter is like a Tv show. starts with a TV style recap of the last chapter.

I didn't like Lost Planet. and the LP2 demo didn't do anything for me so I may skip it. Alan Wake. hmm.. the story is great so far. reminds me of the steven king novel "the dark Half". I am just starting the 3rd chapter. controls are kinda clunky. graphics are a mix. the environments look great. but the character models look sorta off. I wish there was more day time exploration before the night time survival starts in the chapters. I'm really hoping for a Skate 3 and Red Dead leak soon. those are the 2 games I'm really looking forward to for the summer.
