yep I think that was it. and you gotta remember the press can get jaded and burned out just like us. and a large part of the gaming population are sheep, who go along with whatever they are told is cool and uncool.

if anyone still hasn't seen the trailer go to www.game-media.com/ it's under "multiplatform" / "videos" why it's under multiplatform I dunno. since so far it's only been said to be for PS2. edit in: after seeing capcoms e3 site. I am pretty sure it'll be coming to xbox too. each game there has its console logo at the bottom and CFJ has both PS2 and Xbox logos. where as say resident evil 4 has a gamecube logo. all I gotta say is YAY! I don't wanna buya new ps2 unless I have to.

after looking at videos and screenshots from both I gotta say the PSP is dead sexy. DS = n64 graphics mario 64x4 looks like mario 64. Metroid looks like good, not GCN good but..not bad for a handheld. 2 x smallish screens PSP= ps1.5+ graphics. holy shizzle! MSG looks almost as good as substance. Gran turismo looks as good as GT3. huge wide-screen. I am now leaning towards PSP as my hand held choice. edit in: there was only a small clip of Vampire chronicles psp. but it looks pretty much dead on the dc version to me.

e3 pics vids pretty good what I've seen so far! check em out, it looks pretty complete for day one. nothing flashy! just what you need! just right click and "save as" what you want!

Is there such a thing as a private flea market? I think my train of thought went CRASH! there, so it got back on track at the wrong place. Oh no worry. Its understandable since you have exams coming up. The worst thing about yard sales is that you have to get there right when they open. Everything decent is gone within 2 hours and then the rest is just crap. yep it's deffinately an early morning thing. that's why I don't get to them every weekend.

Is there such a thing as a private flea market? But seriously, the flea markets here suck! They are all super ghetto. Nothing but tacky jewelry and Fubu-esque clothing. Occasionally there is some good stuff like once I saw a badass samurai sword but it was $400 so I was like flock that. socal flea markets kick ass. the rose bowl is so damn huge. you will find something every time you go.

what was wrong with the ps2 controller? its nt like you were playin' tekken on a gc controller I've always disliked the ps and ps2 controller. I like trigger style shoulders (dc, xbx) over shoulder buttons. I'd rather have a saturn /Genasis 6 button type of controller myself. hopefully the capcom pads coming out at the same time as sf3 will be 6 face buttons.

that is by no means the only cool find I've had. I always come out with something cool. a few years back I got a Gameboy color 6 games and hella accesories (case, lens light thingy, & car adapter.) for like 30 bucks. I got a pretty expensive gibson guitar amp (worth at least 500 bucks) for $175 last year.

capcom doesn't have the rights to any original characters from the ex series. so don't hold your breath.

I was at a yard sale this weekend and picked up a sony mp3 discman for next to nothing. (5 bucks) well I finaly got some batteries and more cd-r's today. and I gotta say it's fleckin'awesome 700 megs of mp3s all sorted in named folders! it'll come in vary handy on my flight back to socal, one cd should get me there with no song repeats.

unless one company screws up, they'll both do ok for up to a year before one comes out on top. as long as both are priced close to the same. if the psp is higher priced then DS then sony will have an uphill battle. if not I think it'll be close for a while.

keep your options open. see if you can get your friend hooked up, but if not then tell him you tryed then hit it.
