I enjoyed Mass Effect and I am not a huge SciFi nerd. I'm looking foraward to Mass Effect 2. not as much as Bioshock 2.

Universal Soldier Regeneration, 6/10 meh Case 39 7.5/10 good until the cheesy end Whiteout 5/10 I didn't even finish watching it. too slow The Lovely Bones 8.5/10 amazing movie. Amateur Porn Star Killer 2/10 so boring and bad.

I haven't really been playing much 360 lately but I just started Darksiders today and it's pretty bad ass. On the PC I've been hitting the popcap type stuff, Zuma, Peggle, Plants Vs Zombies, Trials 2. little crap like that. I'm kinda addicted to Plants Vs Zombies right now.

i installed xubuntu on my old ibook g3 as a goof. checked everything out, seemed to be working fine and a fair bit faster then OSX. haven't turned it on since.

I've been using this thing like crazy since I got it set up. so I went ahead and bought it with a deal from gamefly. 5 bucks for playon and 9 bucks for a month of gamefly. I already set a reminder to terminate gamefly in 3 weeks.

Carriers. It's being compared to 28 days later but I don't think there is much in common. Carriers is much more desolate and hopeless. the Monsters are not the infected but the survivors. the infected are not flesh eating zombies, just sick people. don't watch it if you are expecting a zombie movie. But as a a depiction of a fatal pandemic shown in realistic style, I'd say it's a good watch.

Sony and Cowell are gonna make money no matter what. between the 2 of them they own 80% of popular music anyways. I do find it very cool and funny that RATM fans did this to protest the manufactured pop music that is american idol/X-factor. the song picked is perfect. It's not like 500,000 singles sales is a shit load of money anyways. a buck a pop. Lets say Rage gets .25 and the other .75 goes to the label minus whatever Itunes gets as thier cut. I have no idea what exact numbers are but Cowell's cut wouldn't pay for one of his hair cuts. "fuck you, I won't do what you tell me!" I could care less for Rage or Cowell. I listen to stuff that hasn't been in rotation for 50 years. much of it out of print. But anything that puts a knock on prepackaged pop is cool in my book.

anyone tried the PlayOn media server? I have been using TVersity for quite some time now but decided to give PlayOn a try. WOW, this thing does just about everything. streaming Youtube, Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, CBS, ESPN, yout local media and some other stuff right out of the box. plugins and scripts allow adding other streaming services as well. I have added NBC, JustinTV, Crackle, and Movshare so far. the Downside... it costs money. the site says 40 bucks. but they have sent me emails for as low as 5 bucks if I sign up for a month of gamefly. I haven't been able to find any crack or anything for it yet. anyways I think it might be worth paying for. If you have a 360, PS3 or Wii and watch alot of video on your PC but would like to get them on your TV. works fine with banned consoles. so if you could pick up a used banned 360 cheap it would make a killer media center. the website say it works with Wii and PS3 as well.

I heard that Gryph was eating at a diner. And when some dude dropped a spoon Gryph killed the whole town. My friend Mark said that he saw Gryph totally uppercut some kid just because the kid opened a window.

Paranormal Entity. yes Entity, not activity. some straight to DVD rip off of paranormal activity. it was actually OK, if the acting had been better it would have topped the movie it was ripping off.

I watched Gamer today and thought it was OK. But then I don't take the term 'Gamer' that seriously. I thought it portrayed what it would be like pretty spot on if that tech came to pass. especially the 'society' part of the world. also watched Desparado and La Bamba.
