way to dig up a 5 month old post!

the first season started in the 70's..... that's one long running series.

anytime you are updating firmware on any console (psp, wii, 360, whatever.) you are risking bricking the system, it's the cost to be the boss.

I got the iso a few days ago, but never got into the page to get a key so thanks for that Gryph. this weekend I am gonna install it dual boot with vista.

I remember getting into an argument with Axl when he told me he used a keyboard to play fighting games. I was like "IMPOSSIBLE" then he posted a vid of him doing some insane qcf, hcb, f, type supermove on KOF. wow that dude has some fleet fingers. anyways. I use a xbox360 pad for just about everything. an xbox360 ex2 stick for fighters. before that I had a ps2 usb converter and used standard ps2 pads.

been playing the hell out of Skate2 demo.

I may need to start getting the beta builds. I dunno now chrome is hanging all the time.

I'm still using chrome for my main browser. firefox as crashing on me constantly right after the 3.0 update.

just don't map the analogs in the emulator.... as for the 360 pad, yes I agree it is bad, but you get used to it over time. and like I said a ps2 usb converter is like 10 bucks. or you can make a homemade usb converter for an original xbox controller with nuthin but a spare usb cable and electrical tape. sure the idea of having the correct pad for each system sounds nice in theory, but in practice it's just a pain in the ass.

good tip Cinder. I never thought of that either. I have to use IE for netflix, and like 3 out of 6 of my online bill paying sites.

I see no reason for adapters these days with the 360 pad just a plug and play. and a ps2 adapter can be had for very cheap if you prefer the sony pad. the only wildcard is the N64 since the controller is so different I never found a decent button config with a standard controller. anyways my 360 pad and ex2 stick cover pretty much everything.

shenmue for sure. then all those great 2d fighters it had.

this is a seriously dry month for game releases.......

its available at the japanese marketplace as far as i know. it nukes on american consoles. the first version of the demo that should still be available on torrents doesn't but make sure you are disconnected from live when you play or it will update and not work.

Go to an arcade. I've had T6 for what seems for ages now. I don't think there is an arcade within 100 miles of me. other then whatever banged up ass machines are in the local pizza places.

my guess is you were then. do what I did and sell the one thats banned to someone who doesn't care. get a refurb and mad it again. I guess you can get new and fight with modding the new lite-on drive.

I will vouch for the penny fix until the day I die, I did the pennys a year ago and that box is still going strong. the penny fix and x-clamp fix are the only 2 long term fixes out there. that dude is full of sh!t and most likely a scammer. if you want toys go by toys... get the damn standard edition. put the other 20 bucks towards the stick.

Saint's row definitely has a more tongue in cheek feel. I like part one better.
