Theory 1: Ever thought of nintendo releasing a slimmer version of nDS ? similar to what GBA done with the GBA SP, although there are qualities on buying a SP (other than smaller and compact than the original gba), say one of the important feature they installed was the backlight and the use of charging, but is nDS capable of having something new ? after so much thinking, I really have doubts of what Nintendo willing to adapt more than the currency with the DS.. but nintendo isn't stupid enough to pull off a slimmer version of nDS without no add-on features (just like what they done with GB, when they produced GB pocket). Theory 2: Noticed if you read the DS manual, and if you look into the elaboration of the battery, you would of notice this: " Manual: The battery can be recharged approximately 500 times, but performance may decrease after repeated charges, depending on usage conditions such as temperature. (Optimal charging temperature is between 50 and 104 degrees Fahrenheit.) Battery life may also decrease over time. After 500 recharges, the battery may be only 70% of the battery life when new. " ^ I'm quite aware of this battery concerned, did this occur to the GBA SP as well ? I really hate buying new battery for DS after the abuse

The GBA and GBA SP story tends to make him right. That's pretty bad for those that bought the first version, as they have to find all the problems that users of a newer model won't have. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> He is right, in fact he's been right the whole time (I think). But if you look at it in perspective, he is ruining everything for you guys lol

Ok you better stop right there about better versions, because we will kill you

Problem you guys, all the sigs are down, everyone: If you try to acess and edit your sig, you won't be able to access: http://whatpulse.bounceme.net/ " :/ Server Overloaded: A sudden influx of requests has overpowered the signature image server. Please be patient while we try to resolve this problem. "

I come out with a list of Pros and Cons for both competetors: DS (pro) - Much affordable than PSP, even the games, nearly 20-30% cheaper. - PictoChat - Backward compatible with over 600 GBA games - Touchscreen usage w/wo Stylus (con) - Not enough launch titles - A wittle bigger than GBA - backward incompatible with GB/GBC games PSP (pro) - graphics, powered as good as PS2. - outstanding launch titles (RR, Vampire Chron, NFSU: Rival, etc.) - a wittle smaller than GBA - bigger screen than GBA/nDS (con) - Alot expensive than DS by 25% - Game prices comes around from $40-$50 - Require the purchase of memory stick - Power supply, up to 6 Hours
-
Again, they solved the PSP battery issue. As much as it looks, even if PSP has poor launch titles (pffft.. doesn't seem like it) as a reflection to the DS launch, it still outrun Nintendo during the first sale just like the DS. DS was sold out worldwide not because of the launch titles, but were impress of what DS is capable of doing.

Mario Kart is in the works, so as Sonic, and Final fantasy, and so on. The point is, Nintendo just made a bad startout, I'm sure they will improve over the times.
-
the battery issue has been solved, Sony saids up to 6 hours of game play, thats very decent, I mean who the heck play handheld for 6 hours long, thats rarely said.
-
As a DS owner, I must say, I'm impressed with the DS, but the startout is pretty rough, not many good titles to choose from. As we all know Nintendo is the king of making people wait. DS measured almost the exact size of the GBA (not SP), easy to carry, very light, good power supply. Great fun with the stylus, it's something you will enjoy over the christmas holiday. now.. Although after so much reading and watching countless promotion and vids of both PSP hardware and its games, it made me drool, I can't stand the fact playing a crappy version of Ridge Racer (DS) comparing the gorgeous PSP Ridge Racer with unbelievable graphics and lighting, it dazzle me and put the DS into shame ALOT. Not only that, the PSP is smaller than DS/GBA in diameters. The battery problem seems to be kept in a so-so rate, most of the PSP games will be last to 6 hours of gameplay (while few uses alot more, but too much), doesn't stop the impressiveness. There are many more to talk about the PSP, and since the PSP has already launched in Jap, this seems to be a big competetor to the DS. Watch out Nintendo !! Now the verdict. which one would you prefer and why ?

I really hate to throw this PC away after I get a new one, but this problem has been tormenting me since 2 years, the things I installed, might have cause a certain issue. Whats this big issue ? I can't really elaborate the problem, all I can say is, whenever I play a PC game (even with the lowest requirement such as StarCraft, HL, etc), even an emulator, it perform only for 5 or less minutes then the screen went frozen. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with my video card, not sure if there is anything installed pulling me back. any help is appreciated

http://www.zonaeuropa.com/02112.htm In Hong Kong universities, the students actually enjoy a game called: " Happy Corner ". Basically, a group of students rush up to someone then grab them by the leg and pull them apart then ram them into the corner of a wall the students thought this as a form of bonding and communication Stats: 40% of students injured and 2% are female students.
